Three stars is good for "meh", right?We just did not have a great Red Lobster experience this week. We got seated right away, so that was good. The greeters were smiley. That was good, too. And the ambiance is about what we expect for a Red Lobster, nothing spectacular, but clean and fine. Unfortunately, that's kind of where the positive parts of this review stop.Let's start with the service because it doesn't take long to say 'lame'. Our waiter seemed like a sweet boy, but he was not good at his job. He came to take our order and someone else delivered it. He asked how we were doing at the very end of the meal, at which time we asked for boxes, not because we were full. I'll get back to that in a minute. When we needed him for any reason throughout the meal, we had to flag him down. One of our party said WE needed more water, but only he got a refill. We never saw him again until we were ready to leave, but we still asked for the water refills because we were AT a restaurant and suffering from thirst. It really was not acceptable.Then we get to the food. Oh dear. That is, after all, what we went for. The popcorn shrimp and the fried chicken on the children's menu came out great. The adults, however, were served things we couldn't eat. The cod was overdone, dry and bendable. Not flaky. Cod is supposed to be flaky. The scallops were very underdone, and the lobster was completely raw. Raw. I did not order sushi. It was limp and translucent. We didn't trust our disappearing waiter to get the food fixed properly, so we took it home to cook the seafood. We didn't take the leathery cod home.Oh and the biscuits were delicious, as always. They really should be served with butter, though, so we don't have to ask for it every single time.Honestly, we'll probably return to Red Lobster at some point, but this visit certainly will make us wait a while before that happens again.
Went with my bf to this place, neither of us had been to a red lobster but both of us had heard it was good particularly the cheese biscuits.My bf ordered lobster and I ordered fish and chips, which I have eaten a lot and I always enjoy, the lobster he received was rubbery and when he tried to pull a piece off to eat and the color was gray, I told him it did not look right because it was so gray, he tasted it anyways and told me it tasted extremely flavorless besides being slightly gamey and was extremely chewy, he told me he was not gonna eat it and I don't blame him.I then took a bite of my fish and chips and the breading looked and tasted like breading that would be used for chicken strips and was way to crunchy it was nothing like what you would expect on fish and chips at all, on top of that the whole thing was one huge piece of fish, and the fish inside was so flavorless I did not even notice I bit into the fish inside until I looked where I had biten and saw that i had.I told him I would not eat mine either both of our meals where inedible. We told the waiter and he got the manager who just asked so you two are not enjoying the food today? we simply told him no we where not gonna eat any of it and where going to be taking our business elsewhere, the manager said im sorry to lose your business he seemed sad and worn out almost like this kind of thing happens often there, and it would not be surprised if it did as there was almost no one there.

Food was delicious! Service was great! Just be aware they have smaller portions (but unlimited biscuits helped fill me up) and some changes to what they offer. Prices were fair with the higher costs due to Covid.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp
We stopped in today visiting from Texas and got served some of the best seafood, steak and best of all service! Mahkai (Mac) Tx thing was amazing and very tentative to us! Highly recommended this Red Lobster for an Old School feeling with Great Food and Atmosphere!
