3/14/2024 , the girl closing locked the door at 9:30 as I got out of my car to go in , I wanted to get food to go as I had just gotten off work . Yet it says you’re not closed until 10 . Very unprofessional.

I don't know what they did to my burger but that was the last straw. The sauce was gooping out the sides, burger was about burnt and whole thing tasted a bit off. I use to love smashburger but the quality has gone downhill. You can get a better burger for CHEAPER at Longhorn across the street. Or a better cheaper burger at In and Out.

One of the best burgers you'll ever have! The sweet potato fries were my mother's favorite! Great food, not much more than scrappy McDonald's. Highly recommend....Enjoy!
We ordered delivery. First time in quite a while and we were instantly reminded why we stopped. Even though we are right over the freeway from the location (5min drive)the food arrived cold. Normally the taste is on point, however it was not the case this time. The smash tots even cold were the best part of the meal.

When I placed my order via phone, I was greeted by Kendall. She was very monotone, non-friendly, and just kept asking me, "Anything else?" When I arrived at the store, I wasn't greeted by anyone and she seemed to be in a bad mood. She didn't know how to redeem my rewards, and had to receive assistance from management on duty. Then, they forgot to give me my two drinks for my kids meals. When I called, I informed them and they said because I paid with cash, there wasn't anything they could do and blamed me for forgetting the drink, saying it was my responsibility to ensure I got my items, even though I was never given them. I asked to speak with management, and the manager on duty, a Caucasian middle aged female, with blonde hair refused to give me her name. I also noticed that I was overcharged for grilled onions when it was just supposed to be a substitution for raw onions, which has never happened before. I am very disappointed and will not be continuing my patronage at this location. I would appreciate a refund from customer service, or I may not return to any Smashburger in the future.

I went here on Jan 23rd, 2024 for lunch and was told by the cashier when ordering they don’t offer to make burgers a meal. So I was charged everything a la carte. I would love corporate/management to respond to this as I have gotten meal combos multiple times at this location in the past.
I ordered a classic Smashburger and small smash fries. This is the first time that the fries were lukewarm and limp such a disappointment. Will think twice about choosing Smashburger again.

came with some coworkers and decided to try their Mac and cheese burger and it was good. I ate the whole burger. I will say price wise I probably spent almost 20 bucks as fries and drinks are extra. I didn't finish my fries as the burger was enough so in future stick with burger as that was a lot of food for me. The fries were good. service was good ordered and got my food no issues. The seating was nice and music not to loud we were able to talk and enjoy our selves overall a great lunch

There was a young lady who was working on a Friday around 2 in the afternoon on November 3rd 2023 we wished we would have gotten her name but she was so friendly and the service was wonderful. She greeted us nicely and took our order and was nice throughout the place. The food came out hot and delicious she was so nice and was a great employee.
