So it looks like this Walmart is pretty much expecting everyone to check themselves out which is fine but my mother just tried to get help from an employee named Kaylee and she refused to help her find anything. So I'm wondering how much longer Walmart will even have employees. They seem to be helping themselves be phased out for robots and technology. LOL

ZERO stars if they would let me. Arrived for a pickup of raffle items for work breakfast meeting in the morning - sorry, the online people have gone home for the day. My order is there, paid for but the cs agent said ' no one is trained to give you your order' and didn't even bother to get a manager for me. Oh I can go back in the morning at 7 - no Walmart I can't. some of us have to be at work at 6am. Thanks for ruining this meeting. Perhaps you should train a manager for stuff like this occurs unless of course you don't give a rip about good customer service.

This Walmart is pretty big and has a lot of things that I know my local California Walmart's don't have! They have a GIANT book section at the back of the store and they are one of the few Arizona Walmarts that sell real guns still. Also, for all my Cali people who are visiting in Arizona, did you know: that in Arizona you can purchase your beer at the do-it-yourself check stand?! It's soooo convenient! Get with it Cali!

This location is just horrible. They can't seem to put the right price on shelf's. Then when you notice price is different then what posted in store they want price check. But demand you wait in long lines and then scan your self. Walmart is going down. Maybe since you cut employees to check out maybe train your employees to making sure items are priced correctly.

The store has yet to make their tobacco/liquor checkout a 12-15 items or less like other stores. To top it off they have their slowest potatoes placed at this checkout. I feel like I'm watching Flash ring up the groceries every time.

I waited 30 minutes in electronics for someone to come open a case so I could get a game. I asked multiple employees, and had two employees page for an electronics associate to come help me. WTF!!

Ok I had as basket set (tags on- unopened) I was returning to this particular Wal-Mart . I had the receipt of course and I had just paaid 2 xaays before. I needed to buy my son a heater.its now December! So I take it to this Wal-Mart and the lady at customer service asks me if I want it back on my debit card that I purchased it with or a Wal-Mart gift card. I said my debit card woyld be fine as I did not know how much the heater would be and noone likess those gift cards with 90c taking up space. So she tells me as shes returning my card that will go right back on there. I thanked her n left . I went to another Wal-Mart that had the heater in stock and go to pay and 0$ on my card . fast forward were on 3 FN DAYS NOW . 0$ on my card ! My son has no heater. Ive NEVER had a store do this - in fact Wal-Mart used to ask if you wanted cash. And how many times have you wenr to pay for something and told the cashier- oh yeah the money will be on there ...later. Would they let you take your stuff? No . ANY WALMART IS BETTER THAN THIS ONE

Customer service was terrible when trying to return something. The blonde manager was so rude to an older man trying to exchange a tv. She seemed impatient and very snappy when responding to him. Then when my husband and I tried to return a bike, the other woman assisting us was completely clueless because it didn't have the price tag on the bike, but it had the numbers on it along with the manual and receipt. She called someone over to help and he said they don't carry bikes with reflectors... umm all the bikes they have include reflectors. We ended up going to another Walmart and were able to return no problem with great customer service. We do not plan on returning to the first Walmart

Cane in frozen foods saved Christmas dinner! Awesome service. Ordered pick up missing half of the twice baked potatoes. App says there are five in store but not on shelf. Cane went the extra steps to find them in the back! Very grateful that Cane cares about Walmart customers give him a raise!

Jeniffer in Customer Service is just rude talking bad about her staff about who is lazy and who does what but funny thing about it all she doesn't do a darn thing either . Then she's all complaining out loud about her bonus and how it was short . For a grown woman she's got a lot to learn about respect for her self && others
