Chipotle is an amazing place in terms of food and service, as long as you show up and order in person and can watch them make your food.However, beware using any delivery services or even Chipotle's own app as employees will cut corners on your order.Parking: The parking lot is a bit tight as there are a lot of businesses here and a single row for parking (on both sides).
I actually wanted a small portion so I ordered a two Taco kids meal with chicken white rice and cheese. The chicken was ice cold as well as the rice. I literally live less than 5 mins away and it was that cold. Unfortunately I threw it away without getting a photo. Unusual for this location but won't be back anytime soon.

The bowls we ordered online were fresh and wonderful... We ordered chips and guac and were given queso. The order was placed online so it's clear this location doesn't double check orders and read line items to ensure all items are correct.

I always order a burrito bowl with chicken. This weekend the chicken was so burned they couldn’t cut it - but still used it for my meal ?They even filleted a section of the burnt part and layered it on top.If your knife can’t go thru it neither can my teeth…… cmon y’all

I've been ordering online from this location for several years, no issues and great service. Today I placed an order and received an email confirmation. When I arrived at the restaurant my order wasn't waiting and apparently wasn't in their queue and weren't able to work off of my confirmation. They sent me to the end of their line to order again. Great resolution to a Chipotle system error. I'll order from La Hacienda next time.

We've been here twice, about an year ago and not disappointed. We went today and very much disappointed and our stomachs were off after eating there! We think nose rings should be removed while on duty, employees not on duty SHOULD not be allowed to back by food prep area and the server should not be on her mobile phone between customers ¬ wash her hands after being on her phone! The chicken had a sour smell, salsa extremely salty and rice soggy. So disappointed after last visit. Ice machine dripping on floor and employee sweeping lobby around customers as they were eating!

This place has tanked bad! The last two times we ordered food here the chicken tacos barely had any of the ingredients in them, especially when it comes to the chicken, and the steak bowl we ordered wasn’t even halfway full. It was also very light on the steak. We thought it was an off day so we tried this place again and it was the same scenario. Chipotle just announced that they will be raising their prices yet again, and portions would shrink yet again. My family is done giving Chipotle business, especially this location.
I used to come here all the time. Service was horrible last time, cashier had a tremendous attitude. Picking up online order. No thank you, nothing. Burrito ingredients were also ice cold.

Never been to Chipotle before so didn't know what to expect. It's a Subway for Mexican food! I didn't have high expectations , but I was surprised at how tasty the food was. Decent chow fast...can't ask for more.

We visited the Chipotle Mexican Grill in Oro Valley, Arizona (10604 N Oracle Rd #101) and were very disappointed with the experience as food was subpar, tables were dirty and service was poor. This is a restaurant we used to frequent and where we enjoyed having lunch or dinner.Burrito bowl - meat was too salty and the corn was still frozen.Counter - dirty and covered with food debris. There was no clean area to set a purse. Orders were set down and dragged through the debris.Tables - There were no clean tables in the entire restaurant, staff member seemed annoyed when asked for a rag to wipe down a table.Service - There were six employees behind the counter and when not serving a customer they gathered in a group to chat.Music - do not remember it being this loud on previous visits.The only redeeming item, the restroom was clean.Recommend Chipotle take steps to improve its customer experience at this location as we are not be able to recommend this location to anyone.
