My boyfriend ordered a pizza on a regular saturday night right? I just picked up the order for us... let me start my stating, half of the employees, had there hair down, did not have proper standards in regards to the health department. I got home, ate one slice of pizza and decided to have another when i noticed there was FREAKING HAIR, in our pizza. Absolutely disgusting and what a waste of 40 bucks I spent for dinner tonight. I called them and asked for a refund and whoever I spoke to said in order to get one I would need to come back into the store instead of doing it over the phone and to bring the pizza back?? hell no. we threw it away. Terrible customer service, failure to follow healthcare protocols when working in the service industry, just nasty. I will not be returning to this store again.

I had the privilege of being served by Brent. I placed an order while I was around the corner getting my hair cut, and everything was ready when I walked in 5 minutes prior to the time I quoted. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was clean and everyone in the store was very friendly! I got home about 15 minutes later and my food was still piping hot and delicious! Thank you Oro Valley papa John’s!

Over this place. Every time I try to order from here, there is always something wrong. The pizza is overpriced for what you get and not worth the hassle. I can't say I would recommend ordering from here. Even if you order delivery, you may not get one of their drivers and you might get someone from doordash. The quality control is non existent and you never know if you will get your food hot and edible.
Tried doing a doordash order and they never have it ready, why should I take a order everytime I do they're never freaking ready they just stand around and talk to each other and never do they're job!!! For any food drivers DON'T ACCEPT PAPA JOHN'S!!! THEY WONT HAVE THE ORDER READY AT ALL!! WASTE OF TIME!!!! They're also RUDE AS HELL IN THERE!!! DON'T BE RUDE TO CUSTOMERS POINT BLANK!!!!!

So, I ordered a day in advance using Papa John's call center for a work event. I got to the store to pick up our food early in case anything went wrong...glad I did. Not only, was my order wrong, but they also didn't make one of my pizzas! So I sat there and waited for them to make the other. It was more expensive and everything; it was NOT what the lady quoted me over the phone.Luckily, James, the general manager, was working and made it right. I hope his store doesn't get dinged, because this 100% wasn't his fault. I hadn't ordered from Papa John's in years. It will probably be a few more before I forget this and order from them again.
