Normally this is a 5 star pizza hut. I go here at least twice a month if not more. Lately the quality of the food is going down. Last night was by far the worst I've gotten. Both pizzas over cooked. I asked for light sauce on the cheese pizza and got no sauce. Thankfully my kids aren't picky eaters and still ate it but highly considering going to a new pizza hut even if it's further away ?

Place is a ripoff they told me the smallest size they sell is a medium pizza. And for a medium pepperoni I paid $17.59 on the website menu it has a large pepperoni for $9.99. The receipt doesn’t state anything about the order just a total amount. Seems like a scam, I’d avoid this restaurant. The guy told me that it’s only available on the website and prices are very different in the store. Again total scam. Glad I checked online apparently I’m not the only one.

Worst pizza hut dont use own driver nor answer the phone when you call and to adjust order or call to confirm, check on order. No Manager to speak with on site ... WORST OF THE WORST! CANT GET REFUND..

I'm a frequent customer and your pizza is very good and always arrives hot. Your software on the internet is about the worst I've ever seen. My email works when you send me the almost daily emails, but it is not recognized most of the time when I try to order online. You really need to take a look at your code maintenance team for your website, and maybe try testing your code and try placing an order. There are many mistakes on your website for processing.

Pizza was not hot when I picked up. Crest Stacy like it was days old. It had a strong odor of rotten cheese or sauce or something it was extremely disgusting. Not what I would expect from Pizza Hut.
Don't order delivery from here, they will deliver through door dash and the order will sit at the restaurant until the driver is able to pick it up (25 minutes in my case). Order arrived 30 minutes later than the estimated delivery time. I know it's just estimated delivery time but 30 minutes is quite a difference for fresh hot pizza.

For some reason the last two times I've ordered my pizza isn't cooked all the way. My buffalo wings taste weird, not edible and my bread sticks saved the day. Definitely not coming to this location. The employees are sweet and helpful. The food is awful+

The staff at this Pizza were professional and above all, friendly. The reason for the three stars are as follows. The BIG ( 16" ) New Yorker inspired pizza review based on 1-10 as 10 to being the highest possible score:1) Tasty but, not New York. It flops too easy when trying to fold the small slices. (-1)2) Quite greasy (offering more flavor) from pep & sausage ? (+1)3) Crust/ dough lacked crispness & lacked "that" chewiness all the way to and including the edge crust (-1)4) If not ordered on line, it's way more than $13.99 (-1)5) They just took an XL Pizza cut it i lnto 6 slices instead of 8-12 making it look bigger than it really is. Bothered by the slight of hand stuff. (-1)6) Heavy on the Italian herbs (+1)7) Don't remember fennel on either the New York Pizza or on the Brooklyn Pizza when I was in New York? (-.5)8) I've folded bigger Little Ceasars slices (-1)Grand total score:6.5

I am giving 3 stars for the the unfriendly staff, the slow response as I waited at the counter for my curbside pick up that nobody brought out to my car, and the young lady cutting pizzas with long fake nails. Although the food was great, I won't order at this pizza hut again.

After waiting for 2 hours on a delivery pizza, it gets here and it's the wrong pizza. I was starving so I ate it always.. it wasn't a bad pizza just the wrong pizza..
