Absolutely rate this location "ZERO" stars because they are not allowing inside seating. I am tired of being grouped with the unvaccinated people in this world - they have the right to NOT be vaccinated, but we have the right as vaccinated individuals to have group meetings. Without this feature at Starbucks, why bother going there!!!!!!

It's Starbucks. Pretty much the same everywhere. Staff are great, food is and coffee are not. The only place where heavy cream in the coffee always tastes like half and half.

This location in oro valley has the worst service. 9 times out of 10 the order is wrong. I don't understand why it's so difficult to get a drink order right. Although some of the employees are very nice others should not be working in customer service. One in particular, Makayla, is so extremely rude and should not be working the drive thru window or be in customer service period. Its bad enough your drink order is wrong but to also have some rude non talkative employee wait on you as well. I don't like leaving a bad review but sometimes it needs to be done.

I finally downloaded the app and it was super easy. Make my selection and tell them at the speaker that I submitted my order. Everything was correct and everything was delicious.
