I’ve been coming to this Starbucks multiple times a week for the past 2 and a half years now. Their morning crew is rockstars. Little wait, greeting us at the drive through window. But the afternoon crew is a mess and today was the last straw for me. Wait times in lines are insane, it’s a common occurrence where we pull up to the window after placing our order and no one greets us at the window, matter fact there was no one for over 5minutes. It took me raising my voice to get someone to give us our coffee and be on our way. After finally getting someone’s attention after another 4-5 minutes they told us 3 drinks weren’t ready yet.I recommend getting coffee in the morning here, not the afternoon.

Our drinks were great. They even remembered to cut our blueberry scone in half after heating it up.

This is the absolute slowest store I've ever experienced. Unfortunately this location is the only one not in a grocery store that is on my way to work so I'm stuck with it but it's exhausting dealing with this location. I realize this is a real first world problem but with as expensive as the coffee is it would be nice if I could get my mobile order in a timely matter

Starbucks should want walk-in customers but they're not able to support them the way things are now . it was almost impossible to get an order in and even harder to get the completed order because everyone working there is swamped by mobile orders. If they want to continue the walk-in business, they need to dedicate a person to do only walk-ins. I was pretty much ready to leave by the time I finally got my coffee. Definitely not a good experience.

FRANK is the guy. He brought the good energy 11/25/23. Give the man a raise. He was making the order pick up area fun and telling people was going on.

The people were a little slow. But my cold coffee was really good. Got the ginger bread.
So I usually don't come here nor do reviews but when I ordered for my mom and I, Frank helped out and did a phenomenal job even words can't describe it. His drive and acknowledgment was sky high and his communication was on point. Protect that man at all cost!!

Okay, it's a big lobby with lots of spaced seats. Had a great time with a beautiful girl-doodle-dog! I go back to research and look up to see way too many older men sitting way too close. Why can't some of the little kids sit by me? ??

The product was the expected quality, but I was astonished by how dim the lighting is in the barista area, how stained with food and drink the bar area and tables were (I used hand sanitizer to wipe off a table), and how long it took for them to make my ice tea (I used the restroom and then stood waiting at the end of the bar for at least five minutes after that). It's a large Starbucks with an expansive seating area with large windows, which was perfect for reading. It felt a little depressing with the lighting in the retail area and the condition of the bar and tables. I'm sure it's a combination of heavy use and short staffing. I've never given a Starbucks review less than five stars across the board, so I'm submitting this with a heavy heart.
