I ordered spice level 3 pad thai and chow mein. Pad Thai was extremely spicy to the point of chili being the only flavor in it. Chow mein was totally bland. Avoid. Considering the price this is one of the worst meals I’ve had.

So sad. Just had noodles in pad thai with a few pieces of green onion. We spent a lot of money feeding for 4 people. I don't recommend.

We ordered Garlic fried rice with vegetables and red curry with tofu. Both of them were amazing and portion sizes are good as well.

We ordered Pad thai and Crab Fried rice. Food was cooked to order and had authentic thai flavors and love that they offer different spice levels.

I wish I can give more than 5 stars to this amazing Thai Truck Food place. Let me start off first by saying that me and my friends headed off to this place for dinner after having the most amazing time exploring the Canyons and Horseshoe Bend. After much discussions and deliberations we decided to try this place and to my utter surprise we were not disappointed. The moment we parked our car thru the whole process of ordering food and eating and leaving was perfect. The ambiance was very cute with hanging lights on the trees, and it was perfect. Now for the best part, the food. My god this was the best Thai food we ate so far...We ordered Tom yum soup, Veg and Chicken dumplings, Crab meat fried rice, Garlic friend rice and Drunken noodles. The food is prepared fresh by an amazing and dynamic lady. When the food was delivered to us it was steaming hot and utterly delicious. Each and every dish was yummy and there is nothing negative that I can think of to add to this. The cool lights, the ambiance and the fantastic fantastic food was on par and a perfect way to end our day. When visiting Page, make sure to head out to this gem of a place for some good yummy authentic Thai food. Delicious......

We tried red curry , cream cheese wontons they are good.!
This was my go to joint, when I visited and stayed in page, fantastic tasting food gets served from this food truck, timing is very important here, if not the wait time is longer than usual, they do have few chairs and benches around to sit and eat, place to eat for sure and highly recommend this place and the heat, spice, flavor and a punch is their in the food.

Great little food truck for Thai food. They have limited seating options as well. The portion size was big!

Restaurantji Recommends
This small Thai food truck is a true hidden gem that proves great food doesn’t need a big space just heart, skill, and authentic flavors. From the moment you walk up. The food tastes genuinely homemade, like something you’d get at a local spot in Thailand rather than a chain restaurant. Every dish is packed with flavor and cooked fresh to order. The balance of sweet, savory, spicy, and tangy is done perfectly. The owners and staff are friendly and welcoming, always smiling and happy to explain dishes or adjust spice levels to your preference. The service feels personal, which makes the experience even better. You don’t just feel like a customer—you feel appreciated.

Drunken noodle was good in taste but mostly contained noodles without much vegetables and was too oily

Chothika Thai Food Truck serves up a solid mix of authentic Thai flavors without trying too hard to impress. The Thai basil beef stood out — flavorful, fragrant, and cooked with just the right amount of heat. The mixed vegetables were also great, fresh and crisp with a well-balanced sauce that tied the dish together.
The pad see ew was decent — not the best I’ve had, but still satisfying if you’re craving those familiar noodles. The truck seems to be quite popular, which means you should expect to wait a bit; mine took about thirty minutes before the food was ready.
Overall, Chothika delivers on taste and authenticity, worth checking out if you’re not in a rush.

Called in before, arrived by 8pm. They close at 9pm and were in two minds to take our order or not. Finally they said yes so placed the order by 8:10 pm and was asked to pick up by 9pm.
Come by at 9pm and was told food is not ready and they need another 15 mins. With kids hungry no option had to cancel the order.
Attitude, service, hospitality not acceptable. Poor judgement, lack of preparation, etc doesn’t help.

Loved the food and the service from this food truck. Be cautious for the spice level though. We ordered Drunked Noodles and Pineapple curry. Both tasted delicious and authentic although the noodles were just a bit overcooked. We are used to having spicy food so we ordered the food with spice level 7/10 but it was really spicy. Definitely a must try if you are in page and looking for Thai food.
