Longing for an Asian food after a long drive. Decided to swing by here with wife and ordered meals to go to bring it to our hotel. While we waited for our food, we sat at the bar and ordered some drinks. The lady that took our order was very pleasant and welcoming. We came in around 16:30 on a Sunday and the place wasn't busy. Food was delicious, ordered chicken fried rice, chicken udon, Thai curry shrimp, and extra white rice for $45. We are satisfied with the food and stomach full.

As a gluten-free vegetarian, the pickings are often slim to none in Northern Arizona, let alone most cities. This gem is in a strip mall. Excellent Chinese Food, Brown rice was offered, too. Multiple GF options. I left satisfied. Waitstaff was efficient and courteous, too.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian section of menu with variety.
Dietary restrictions: Many gluten-free choices.

Worst Experience! Avoid This Place!
If you're considering going here, be prepared for terrible customer service. We drove a long distance to get here and were exhausted, only to be met with a server who was annoyed by our presence from the start. She displayed a negative attitude throughout our visit.
When she brought our silverware, she dropped it on the seat before placing it back on the table. After I requested a new set, she rolled her eyes and returned with even more attitude. She then slammed the silverware on the table so hard that it startled the people sitting next to us. Feeling embarrassed by her behavior, we decided to leave. Not a single person apologized, and when we asked if she was okay, she remained visibly annoyed as if we were at fault.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. No one should be treated like this, regardless of any personal issues the server might be experiencing. I hope the management reads this review and provides proper customer service training to this employee. To be fair to the other staff members, since she didn’t provide her name, I can only describe her as being in her late 40s or early 50s.

Stellar service and generous tasty portions. Ordered this from out-of-state as my Father’s Day gift and dad was absolutely delighted. They even called me and offered me a delicious substitution suggestion that was special for dad’s that day. Not only did dad have a rave review about the taste and quality, but he sent a photo of the spread and I was blown away how much he got for what I spent. Can’t wait to try it myself when I come for a visit!

I live in a small town, and there are a few restaurants that serve Chinese food and Asian food. W & Z Bistro was here for a while before I decided to eat there. The reason I hadn't eaten there yet is because I thought that their food was pretty pricey. Then my husband and I decided to order food, and to my surprise it was not very expensive at all. In fact for what we ordered which was the orange chicken with fried rice, and another order of orange chicken with lo mein, and I ordered some cheese rangoons, and it was somewhere around $40 or so. What we realized was one order of orange chicken with either the fried rice or lo mein was enough to feed both of us Plus have leftovers. The taste was amazing! Their food is so delicious! I would recommend W & Z Bistro to anyone that lives close to one. I know that they do have other locations so if you're wanting good Asian food or Chinese food you should try this place
Vegetarian options: I haven't eaten their vegetarian food, but I know it exists. They have a large menu of sushi that is vegetarian
Parking: They have plenty of parking. They also have handicap parking.
Kid-friendliness: They do have a kid-friendly menu. My nephew ate with us several times, and he loved their food he was 10 and is now12, and has eaten their food quite a bit with his own family.
