My kids really loved this place. We had fun watching the cool Nitrogen process, and the ice cream tasted great. The employees were very nice, and there is a bathroom and a splash pad right next door in the complex. It's a perfect spot! The only issue we had was that the service was slow. They warned us that it would take some time, but it was still a pretty long process, and it seemed disorganized as other people there had their orders done incorrectly or out of order so it was hard to tell whose ice cream belonged to who. This is a good spot to come if you want to sit and let the kids play in the splash pad or if you need to kill some time before a movie. Suggestion: ask for a name for the ice cream so that the person at the end can call it out with the order. Overall: Good ice cream. Fun idea with the nitrogen.

This place has such potential and the employees are very nice but it's such a cluster and unorganized. It's expensive and I also tipped well, they made my daughters orders and then they forgot my order and when I had to ask she said "oh gosh sorry I'll get it done now" she did but it was wrong. At that point I just said thank you and left you could tell she was a bit overwhelmed and I wasn't going to make her do it over. What I got was still good but for how much you're charging you need to train your employees better and get more organized.

Best ice-cream I have ever had! I had the Captain's Breakfast and it was absolute perfection! Great customer service. I will definitely be back!

I had been wanting to try this place out and finally gave it a shot tonight. Got here at 730 and waited outside on the other 5 people in my party. As I stood out side and watched, I noticed they finished up all the customers inside who all left after getting their ice cream. Employee ran out from behind counter and locked the front door and they turned lights off as we were walking up. No response as to why they closed or nothing. So I guess this is a review of crappy customer service because I honestly can't review their ice cream and whether it's good not. Now I will NEVER find out either.

My order was made incorrectly, I asked for it to be remade and the worker was so rude started talking about me to his coworker and made me feel so uncomfortable. Very hostile environment, i hope this does not happen to anyone else.

It was a quiet early afternoon. This little shop is right by the splash pad. Perfect ice cream and entertainment for the little ones. The place was very clean. The girls were craving something cool and refreshing. The gal working was super kind. I wanted to get a fancy desert for the girls to share as their signature creations are beautiful and over the top! I figured the little ones would really get a kick out of it. The manager was going to be back soon so we could make sure we knew what ingredients to remove from the order as the gal wasn't really sure what had gluten besides the obvious. I didn't want to be difficult with our sensitivities so I was just going to settle on getting a scoop of ice cream for each of them. I just didn't want to pay $14.00 for 2 scoops of ice cream plus tax and tip. That wpuld be almost $20.00. The signature creations weren't priced too bad especially if sharing. Definitely a cut shop with beautiful over the top creations! Hoping one day I am here with a friend who gets one so I can see it!

Horrible customer service!!Went in to end the cap off the night of my 12 year olds bday party. Ordered 8 ice creams the workers were over frustrated to be making orders prior to close. Spent $70 and even left a tip!! While cleaning up to leave security came in and tried to kick us out of the shoo due to a false complaint from the worker who said her boss told them to call security. Spoke to her boss Krystal who informed us that she was told the wrong information! We will never go back unless the 10 year old brats aren’t working there!! Neat idea, good flavors but horrible horrible customer service!! Find new workers!!!!

Store was nice and new....... But that's where it ended girl at the counter was rude af. Asked for a regular cookie butter. She had no idea what she was doing didn't freeze the ice cream even 50% of the way then she added regular milk asked her if she could freeze it down more and I get a sharp I know what I'm doing as she's trying to scoop the ice cream off the bowl with a scooper Watched several ppl walk out in a matter of ten mins due to the disorganization. My party didn't even eat their ice cream left it on the table texture and taste was all off due to adding regular milk Very sloppy to say the least Girl was clearly talking out her a$$ about the company stating reasons for being out of product etc etc FYI don't tell customers your low on milk cause of supply chain issues

I walked in expecting this to be a future usual spot and walked out disappointed it won't be, but my salted caramel ice cream was tasty this one time. This was mainly because it took 40 minutes longer than expected to get my ice cream--and also the pictures of the large ice cream cups are so misleading! I thought I was going to get a luscious mountain of ice cream and it was instead a sad cup that felt like it melted too quickly. I'm not sure why it took so long, there were almost as many employees as there were customers in line. I'm usually not in a rush but this felt like a waste of time, especially when I was with my two year old who was quite tired after--I need to be able to get my mom-pick-me-up ice cream in a reasonable window of time! The flavor was great though--creamy in a gelato-like way, not sure how they get that texture when the ice cream is frozen right there. And I appreciate the marvel that is liquid nitrogen. But really not worth feeling ripped off in time and money.
