Good preparation, supportive staff. Major complain is re the freshness of pretzels, seems they either overmake or there is less people buying, but I have received cold pretzels twice in this week and had to request them to change. I really love coming here, but pls see what is going wrong.

I had a coupon and that’s why I came! The gal was super sweet and helpful. I bought a small cup of regular pretzel bites and then cinnamon & sugar pretzel bites. They were both deliciously good and I’d get them again!! I think that Auntie Anne’s is a little expensive, but with a coupon, I think it’s worth it!
