If any one is looking for great quality fish and the best price you hv to call these guys... I'm telling you they hv been in business just selling to all the top restaurant that we all go to: Huston/ hillstones, buck and rider, top steak place also in town, ocean pokey and the list goes on! Now they sell to general public :-) Fresh is the best when it come to fish as we all know... Each day the fish is pick up from Phx airport and take to the shop. I do quite a bit of cooking and love making sushi. I have been searching for a great place in the valley to buy fresh fish from. I found these guys and contacted them and they were not only great in making sure I got what I needed but were also really awesome in including me in the process of selection. They are the fishermen, they know what is freshest and what is going to taste best. I walked away with some really great tuna, some excellent Canadian salmon and a Tai Snapper...read full review
Austin is way too obsessed with fish to not be a great person in this industry. He spent a couple years out in Hawaii learning to cut fish and he know exactly what the freshness in the product needs to be. He talks about fish and pretty sure dreams about it
