What a horrible experience at Burger King yesterday! They took my $15 gift card last time I went and I bought about $9 worth of stuff on it. This time I expected there to be at least $6 left that I could use to buy some food.No! They said the balance was EMPTY! Empty! ZERO oney on my card! They stole the remaining money from my card and refused to honor it. Can I prove this? Of course not! I shouldn't have to. I learned my lesson now, never go back to that place!I had made a sale earlier in the day for thousands of dollars. I don't need the $6. But they took it away from me. Lesson learned! UPDATE - THEY FINALLY DID FIX THE PROBLEM AND I RECOVERED THE MONEY THAT HAD DISAPPEARED. BUT AFTER MAKING ABOUT 5 ATTEMPTS TO USE A GIFT CARD ONE WOULD EXPECT AN OFFER OF A FREE WOPPER OR EVEN A SMALL DRINK OR SOMETHING. NOTHING. FINAL CONVO WITH THEM AND I HAVE NO PLANS TO USE THAT BURGER KING.

A gentleman and I waited for our food when we heard the conversation between a male and female employee.They were talking about tattoos and piercings. The male employee asked the female if she knew what a "Prince Albert" piercing was. He described in detail what it was and how the piercing was done.The male employee spoke to her loud enough that we could hear them clearly.That's just wrong. I won't use that restaurant location ever again

The guys that work the night shift during the week are always kind and friendly. My favorite BK to go to.
My wife had gone here already and so i know this place is a joke. Now im door dashing and they have had the order on the screen for 45 minutes and I still have to wait here and extra 15 minutes for the order, and they are out of regular buns.

I haven't had Burger King in awhile. When I did I would usually order from this one since the one on 7th St and Bell closed down. The food was always cold or stale, but since it's been a min I decided to try again thinking maybe things are different. I get there and they basically tell me they don't have nothing, no fries, onion rings, they can't do certain burgers, no combos, and I'm just like bruh how TF you don't have basically half your menu ?. I wish the one on 7th and bell was still open and this one closed down. Everytime I went to that one I was never disappointed.

I quit going to Burger King along time ago but started going back due to the new chicken wraps and boy are they good. I wasn't a big fan of the french fries before but they were also very good this time. I will be going back a lot more often now.Parking: Two drive throughs and plenty of parking.
