This food was sooooo very yummy. Very good price for the for the food. I signed up for the app and got a free drink. I plan on going back again and again.Parking: They let me sample the soups, I was very happy about that. Helped me pick the one I wanted.

This used to be one of my favorite places at Desert Ridge, but the standard has dropped so low. They were out of rice at 7pm, more than half the tables were un-bussed, and their trash and plates were over flowing. This drop is even evident in their desserts! Who piped these like come on now!? With this standard they cannot compete in this area.

The food at Zupas is always delicious and high-quality! And excellent service too - when I came to pick up my online order, I saw a man holding my bag and when I told him it was mine, he said "No it isn't" (even though my name was clearly on the bag) and rushed out the door. I told an employee someone took my order, and he ran out into the parking lot after the man! He wasn't able to safely retrieve it, so they remade my entire order super fast. I'm a customer for life!

I really like the food here. Sometimes they’re understaffed. It would be really nice if somebody would clean all the bird poop off the patio.

The bowls were delicious; can’t go wrong with the Try 2 combo. Sandwich panini bread was fresh and soft. The chocolate mousse was excellent. The new style of rolls are great for cleaning up the last bits of soups and dressing in the plate.

Got to be the least welcoming Cafe Zupas. Reena at the counter should not be working at the front. Never once she smiled or be nice to the customers.

We both had the new Curry soup. We loved it and was to die for.

My family and I used to love coming here, but the last two times we visited were so disappointing, and we will not be returning. The food was not fresh, and the sandwich we ordered was really just slapped together and held together but way too much mayo. The chocolate mousse cake tasted like freezer burn, and the restaurant was very dirty (including bathroom). Our meal didn't even have the chocolate covered strawberry or bun. ?

They have this soup called the Chris, it is absolutely AMAZING! I Iike mine with cheese crisps. If you get the Wisconsin cheddar soup by itself add the bacon. It takes it to a whole new level.

After paying $40 for two meals they came up to my table saying they forgot to charge us for a side of honey mustard and wanted us to pay an extra $4 for two little half filled containers. On top of that they sent the poor dishwasher to come tell us instead of the person running the register. Then we had another 2 people come to our table again insisting we needed to pay the $4. Ruined our dinner for no reason, what a joke! And we just realized they never gave us our strawberries or bread! Zupas used to be great but now they are overpriced and greedy.

I have to say I use to love coming to this Zupa's location. I will not go there ever again! The food and the service has hit rock bottom. I had a very awful experience. My daughter and I went to Zupa's around 8:45. There were two young teenaged boys working the front. We wanted to order three sandwiches and soups. We were told they could not make hot sandwiches because the grill was broke. So we changed our orders only to find out most of the soups were out too. We order what soup and salad we could to go. Most everything was out. When we got to the register another young teenage boy was ringing us up. He was throwing our food is bags the boxes with soup were falling over. I said I hope the soup in not leaking. He just said they have lids and did bother to pick up the sideways box at all. He then started throw rolls in bags and just kept dropping them on the floor. It took him three or four time to get rolls in bags and get then into our to go bags. He put strawberries in a bag to put in our to go as well, but it wasn't until I got home I realized he had put just one strawberry for three meal in our bag. Also while i was standing at the register another employee came out of the back and walk up to the first two teenaged boy at the front and asked why they had turned the grill off. They had lied to us. The grill wasnt broken they just didnt want to make hot sandwiches. The rolls we got were hard as a rock. I paid 43.00 for very poor food and service. My family will not be eating there again. Get it together Zupa's you just lost our business!
