Had a chicken quesadilla on Monday night and woke up around 4 AM Tuesday with all symptoms of food poisoning —I’m still recovering and it’s been two days later. Safe to say, I won’t be coming back. Do better.

Lately our family who has ordered vegetarian entrees for many years, has been charged for an extra side when ordering a large chips & salsa. It seems, if a small chips & salsa order comes with two salsas, a large, (double) should include four. It would be less of an issue except salsa cups are frequently only 1/2 filled as shown in the photo—so wasteful, and sends a bad message when the bearded employee states, "It's only $1.50" extra." YSK, the red salsa is actually served on the side of my son's burrito bc he likes to control where/how it's applied. I raised my concern with employees, (all of whom I've never seen before) who told me it's always been this way. It hasn't. Chipotle, being greedy will cost you.Chipotle web form response, is lame. Their Customer Care Coordinator seemingly doesn't read for comprehension.

Chipotle portions are ridiculous when it comes to the protein (meat) they offer. I was there, after a long absence for the very same problem, a few days ago and ordered the carne asada bowl plus a chicken bowl through the Drive thru. When I got home, there were four small pieces of meat in both dishes, while the rest was rice, beans and greens. Price was $12.75 plus tax. Went back the next day to talk with the manager, but she claimed that 4 oz. of protein is standard. This CHIPOTLE RIPS PEOPLE OFF, ESPECIALLY VIA DRIVE THRU. CHECK YOUR FOOD FOR ITS CONTENT TO MAKE SURE YOU GET WHAT YOU DESERVE FOR THE $13.

I super appreciate the young man working the register today - as he turned my frown upside down. Seriously i was annoyed with the online ordering process for not allowing me to use a coupon/reward & he smiled & said no problem we can take care of that. Super friendly & engaging. Honestly it completely changed how I was feeling about if I would order from Chipotle again. Food was great as well.

Ordered the "limited time" Carne Asada bowl and, like most of their other items, there is barely ANY meat protein. This was also true for the chicken bowl, that was a second item that was ordered. Chipotle has really lost its way by charging premium prices for items like rice, lettuce, beans, tomatillos etc. and basically omitting the meat. I have gone inside to order and when I see the staff member placing a meat in the bowl, I always have to ask for more meat. Why? Then I get a dirty look from the staff member as to " how dare you question how much meat I put in there?"I am strongly considering boycotting Chipotle unless your team makes it up now and going forward.
