Do not go to this Church's! There's a woman who works the drive-thru who won't let you finish when you order at the speaker. She constantly interrupts you. Also, how hard is it to understand when you want a number two and then add a chicken breast. She was very rude! She needs to stop and listen instead of constantly talking. I'll never go back to this location and I love Church's Chicken.

It's very delicious it's crispy it's hot and juicy inside and clean and very friendly and very professional . This the new churches chicken .I definitely recommend this place . Happy chicken , good chicken.

I ordered it three-piece chicken, tender meal with a side of white gravy and mac & cheese and biscuit. The mac & cheese is mushy. Disgusting the biscuits Seem like they’re not cooked all the way, And the gravy taste like yesterday‘s gravy. I also ordered a hi-c for my drink and it tasted water down and when I asked for them to take it back and just give me sweet tea, the lady gave me a dirty look.

Ordered my food got home noticed i only got a 2 piece of chiken, no biscuits or my 3rd piece of chiken, staff was unmotivated.
Disgusting the mac and cheese was soupy, tenders were old. Meat is raw!! Worst experience ever please shut down ???

They have no customer service skills they mess up our order multiple times and forget stuff we paid for then will tell us there is nothing they can do about the girls always act stuck up and they are all over all rude and UN professional… we only come here because it’s close to our house … we tried to give them multiple chances but we are done I will be filing a complaint with corporate
We got a 16 pieces meal . When we got the chicken it was dry and old chicken . The manager was rude and said it was 25 minutes for new chicken .

Daniela gomez is the worst manager at this location there was a roach in my food i shouldve gotten my money back!! She just replaced my item and didnt give me my money back as if i wanted to eat there after ? She was being racist talking about my looks and going back n forth about my food!!! Its disgusting i think corporate SHOULD look into this i will be contacting them myself she does not deserve to manage if she gonna do it like this … especially when it nothing but teens who lack horrible customer service and lack of accountability ? theres no way they got so many roaches here they end up in my food how are they still open and serving ? will not be eating here ever again and if u do please look through every bite for roaches
