Did Club Volt close down? I tried to go last Saturday night & the parking lot was empty & the door was locked, but no notice was posted.

I'm a drag fan. My friend bought me tickets to see a Drag Race queen (N.S.). I like drag. Good and bad. I may be spoiled by drag race...but I am. It's AZ it barely rains but many of us stood out in the rain/cold (we're desert rats here) till the doors opened. I understand that queens work on their own schedule. That being said if I'm paid to show up to work at 6 a.m. doesn't that mean I should show up at 5:55 a.m.? Doors open at 9 p.m. Show starts at 10 for queens I don't know or... to be honest are getting tipped for other queens creations...like an Alaska number...or as RuPual said, "I'm not a fan of a queen with a man's buzz cut." They even announced the star didn't arrive till after 11 p.m. I ended up going home at 11:30 p.m. For your dollar and entertainment go to C7 and tip the girls for a better experience. Barbra Seville is punctual and is more entertaining than someone who pads with a mans haircut to dance around without choreography. 11:30 p.m. I didn't even get to see the star of the show. :/ Btw Bianca, Latrice, Pearl, Pandora, & Shannel were on time.

The other night was my first time going to a local drag show and I had an absolute blast! Savannah and Whitney Stevens we both so stunning and wonderful. I can't wait to go back to see them!
LOVE Club Volt!! Club Volt is the place for drag shows in Phoenix with local s The owner and bartenders and staff are all awesome. A bonus is Club Volt brings the hottest RuPaul Drag Race Queens plus other out of state s more than any other place in Phoenix. Overall there is so much local and outside talent at Club Volt! The only thing Club Volt is missing more bathrooms. Honestly, if you truly want a fun time out in a friendly environment around talented individuals I would definitely recommend Club Volt.

I've been coming here since they opened and I've never had a worse experience. I waited 40 mins for a beer that was room temperature. This place is normally very on point but tonight just turned me off to the whole bar. When it's that busy you should really have 3 bartenders and a bar back not 2 and a bar back. You guys are better than this. I'm so disappointed. I just wanted to support my friend but that was almost impossible tonight. I can only imagine how much of a mess it is when you guys have the RuPaul girls out there. I work in the service industry so I get it if it takes longer than normal to get a drink/food at a place when it's busy. For the first 10 mins I was cutting y'all some slack. After that though, there was ABSOLUTELY NO EXCUSE for waiting that long. I watched countless groups walk out. Im not kidding about waiting 40 mins either. I had a timer! Absolute crap.

We come here for RPDR VIEWING PARTY every Thursday night. Tonight we will see Miz Cracker! So excited to be here and hang with friends while we get to see a Diva perform! It's gonna get cray cray up in here tonight! Update: To pay for "general admission" seats, a couple dollars less than VIP (they were sold out), only to stand in the back and not even be able to tip the visitor from RPDR, is kinda lame. Also, where we stood, by the DJ booth, we got bumped and pushed and bothered about every 2 minutes by the staff coming and going to the DJ booth, selling drinks, getting to the dressing room etc. I suggest you figure out not only a REAL line that's organized for the meet and greet, but also a marked off line for your staff to use during the performance. Definitely an "underground" type feel for a club that advertises not so secretly. Could be an amazing place with some minor and cheap/free adjustments.

I found Club Volt on a drag show calendar via google, emailed them for a reservation for a Saturday and received a response shortly after! We came in for a bachelorette party and it happened to be their one year anniversary party as well. What an amazing group of people. Not only did they completely accommodate us and our party on their special night, the service was beyond amazing. The best drag show I have been to in Phoenix! The sound at the club is fantastic, good PA system goes such a long way. This place is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. 10/10 would recommend for any occasion. Club Volt has earned 3 new regular customers. Thank you for everything!
