Went into camelback location. Girl had attitude and I left. Poor service. This was on 7/27/2023. I had also a few months back went into location near PV mall that owner operator had a horrible attitude. Prices sky high you would think service would be exceptional. Never again will I patronize this business.

Cold Stone was short staffed the day I went in but that didn't affect the quality of the service at all. The gentlemen that was working was a rockstar. He provided quick and friendly service. My ice cream was delicious. The location was very clean.

I've been here almost every time I'm in town staying at the AC. This isn't a drive up location but easy walk from hotel or the garage. I've found the couple who is working (and I think owns) very pleasant and friendly. They had an amazing marshmallow flavor and I asked about a s'mores type combo creation and she stepped in and noted they had a campfire one specific for this flavor. It was delicious. They've also always been extremely patient as I'm typically an indecisive orderer. I felt compelled to leave a review to how many poor ones I saw that haven't matched any of my experiences here.

My coworker and I stumbled across this place. I was so excited that they now have dairy free ice cream so we went in. I have to agree with the reviews on the level of customer service. The gentleman was short and I felt rushed to pick my flavor even though there was no one else in the store. I had a small cup with 2 toppings, no cone and she had a medium with a cone and it was $22!!!! Highway robbery at those prices. I gave 3 because it's rare that I can have ice cream and it was still good.

I ordered shakes for my husband and myself. The man made my shake and the woman (his wife?) made my husband's. About an hour after I drank mine, I became violently ill; raised temperature, abdominal cramping, diarrhea, vomiting. My husband was fine. I am not lactose intolerant and eat ice cream often. After some digging on Google, my current theory is that he did not wash his hands before making my shake. The man also told me it would be extra to make it into a shake(never heard that before at other locations). Never again at this location.

Very bad service.Asian couple running the place but the man seemed pretty upset about something, never said welcome/Hi never smiled and never said thank you, why have or work in a business you're not happy in.Sad situation.Bad customer service???

Icecream was fine but the portion size was tiny compared to other cold stones stores. The guy made the smallest "love it" size I had every seen. Most other locations have the icecream domed other the top, what I received didnt reach the top and had space between the icecream and sides of the cup. Had a lid been put on, it would have looked empty. Won't return to this location.
