Beware of the road show salesman they will say anything to make the sale. My wife bought a Traeger grill and was told it was wi fi ready. I had to call Traeger because I was having a problem setting up the wifi and found out it was a discontinued model not wifi ready. Making a big purchase like that you should have all the information to make an informed decision. Sometimes a great deal is too good to be true but shame on them. Costco needs to vet these vendors out so that people are not taken advantage of.

If you need appliances delivered on time, buy somewhere else. Washer Dryer delivered a week later than promised. Refrigerator another no call, no show. They can only get away with this by selling cheap, zero customer service or concern that they never deliver on time. Buy anywhere else, unless you like taking off work and sitting around wasting your time.

Love this store in particular. Always have what I need and the customer service is stellar. My husband and I will drive far to visit this one because of the great service and selections.

To start this would be one start if it wasn't for the man helping me with pallet giving me sincere apologies for the way Nicole the manager treated me. All I needed was to buy a pallet of water. I run a construction site and from the second I walked in all i was given was an attitude about the having to get a temporary to shop then refusal to refund pallet until I went to the bank which I was ensured they have a register to refund me which they did not have and made me do a run back to the front. In simple I will not be returning to this costco due to poor costumer service

I have been going to this Costco for 2 years and others for 10+ and today was the day me and my Husband were racially profiled by not only the employee but the managers as well.! My husband has the card membership and I was told that I can not pay with my card because I am not the member.! WHY THE HELL DO I NEED A CARD IF MY HUSBAND HAS ONE.! It started when I got in the lane and advised the cashier that I was waiting for my husband. She then told me she can't ring me up without him which was fine. So while he started walking up she started yelling this lane is open no wait. I'm just like lady you see him walking up so why would you rush to ring someone else up smh & there was barely even any lines.! Then her and another guy start throwing all my stuff on the conveyer belt as if they had a problem with me.! This is LITERALLY CRAZY.! Finally after ringing up my 500+dollars of stuff she tells me that I can't swipe my card my husband has to use his.! From that point my husband was LIVID & yes things escalated VERY QUICKLY.!!!! I WILL be returning and watching EVERYBODY who pays to see if it's the card holder.who is using their cards & also if anyone has experienced this please inbox me on FB.! I willl be looking to file for discrimination.!

Just got profiled by the receipt checker. My brother and I are driving through to Texas and we're just trying to kill time while our tires got rotated. We ended up buying pistachios and coffee while we waited and as we were walking out the receipt checker asked to check our backpacks. He didn't ask anyone else to check their bags. This is the only time I've ever been profiled at a Costco and I travel ALOT. I've been to Costco across the US and in different countries. It just makes me sad that racism continues. I guess he sounded polite when asking to check our bags so that's progress........

Everyone knows to expect long lines inside Costco as well as Costco gas stations but honestly it's worth it! The savings and screaming deals we find sometimes are amazing. The warehouses are always clean, the staff is always so friendly and helpful. I'll be a member for life!

I got new tires at their tire center. EXCELLENT customer service - they told me one hour but they got it done in 30 min!

I had 4 small items in my cart today, all with bar codes clearly visible. The lines were extremely long. When I got up to the belt I left my few items in the cart as I have done countless times with this small number of items. An employee then told me he had to place them on the belt because they are back to the "old policy". What policy was there ever that items must be placed on the belt??? And even if there was such a policy, why would it change in the midst of a pandemic? So instead of having my items go untouched, they proceeded to be touched by that employee, the cashier, and the person helping to put items back in the cart. Not to mention it was was less efficient than just taking the wireless scanner and zapping my 4 items. Meanwhile mask wearing policy seems to be optional as I saw multiple people with masks down around their chins as they waited in line. I will stick to other locations where employees don't take it upon themselves to make up the policies and favor high risk behaviors.
This review is for the Costco Pharmacy. Brian assisted us and he was very personable and helpful. We had a very short wait, which I was so happy about, since Costco can be so busy. UPDATE: I want to acknowledge Pharmacy Manager Long for his help with one of our Medications today. SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Appreciate Costco for being responsible about taking precautions for COVID. They are trying hard to keep both their employees and their shoppers safe. Thank you!

I can't believe that Costco is not listening to its members... Do not close the photo lab. Do not close the photo lab. Do not close the photo lab.

Great big box store, fresh prepared food selection when feeling lazy after work. Even though there is a lot of people the lines always seem to go fast at this location. Great experience

I come here to get gas, which is usually 25 cents less (today $1.99, 12/19/20), than the cheapest gas outside Costco, which would be Arco and Circle K at $2.25. I am missing coming here for light lunch, those free food samples. I learned about my favorite foods from these samples. Costco food buyers are really really good at what they do. I like the $1.50 hot dogs too, but when Covid did away with the unlimited onion dispenser, I stopped buying the hotdogs. This Thomas store is much smaller than the one in North Scottsdale near Northsight. I like it smaller cos I have so far to walk to find things at the larger store. This Thomas St one is easier to find what merchandise I am looking for. Costco is good for buying vitamin supplements when they go on sale. Like they have a sale on TruNature Krill Oil 900 mg for $12.99 for 70 capsules, 2.2 months supply, which is $6 off. When I google krill oil, it costs $22 - $30+ for only 1 month supply. Indeed at the same time, Kirkland had a sale for their krill oil that was only 500 mg for $17.99 and that is after $5 off, so $23 for almost half the mg. I feel that Costco is more expensive for same item when grocery stores have their sales. Costco is also more expensive for many items that I find at WalMart and you have to buy such large sizes at Costco. One thing I am annoyed with Costco, is everything is "chicken", I mean chicken won ton (Chinese eat PORK and SHRIMP, not chicken!), chicken pot pies, chicken tamales, and so on. No beef or pork is offered. Here are some of my favorite Costco food items that you cannot buy at Walmart or other grocery store, these photos below. I buy them when they go on sale like the won ton is $5.99 on sale, and I think $9.95 regular price.
