Customer service training and soft skills need to be applied to the current employees. Even while working at the window and taking orders. The guy named Evan tonight kept cutting me off while ordering food, got the order wrong, and still couldn’t get it right after saying the order over… Seems to me like he was either on something, or simply doesn’t care about being there to work on the job.

Don’t eat here. Planning on dining in with my 3 kids. Walk in to 2 people strung out barely able to stand in the entrance. We waited for one of our the individuals that could barely stand to finish his order before coming to the counter. We then waited for the cashier to acknowledge us, never asked us what we wanted, just stood there. Then my son asked to use the restroom, where he was refused entrance to the restroom because we had not paid yet, we were in the middle of ordering. Congratulations Dairy Queen, you lost a life long customer.

Had to emergency use the rest room for my daughter and me since next door has station was broken after purchasing fuel at ARCO and on-site staff at DQ stated for customers only lol what a joke!!!! Sad that it has to be that way !!
We were greeted with a warm welcome from an employee who we were blessed to learn was Mia! The atmosphere was inviting and the entire staff was so friendly and nice! The ranch was of top quality and both blizzards were upside down check proof! It was a great addition to our day of mini golfing!

Although the mango freeze was good. They gave me a small versus the medium we paid for. When we showed them the problem, they said there is an even smaller cup. A couple days earlier, I actually got a medium freeze.
