Ordered hashbrown tots.... Good thing not very hungry, only hot 6 in the bag! When I complained, the worker said that's all you get, 6 per order.... Really guys, you can do better than this!
If I could give them zero stars I would, I go there to get turkey sausage egg and cheese on flat bread and the are always out of turkey sausage but now they have turkey sausage and no flat bread. The management here sucks and doesn't care at all when you bring a concern to them. You have to wait in line for 7 to 10 min ( when I say line I mean one person in front of you ) just for a coffee. THEY JUST DON'T CARE AND IF THEY DON'T CARE THERE CUSTOMER WILL NOTICE AND STOP COMING.

Tried to give them a second chance after experiencing a freezing cold sandwich months ago. However, they still have the same poor customer service and horrible food/drink. It seems to be a ownership issue at this point. Employees are miserable and don't care. Give the franchise to someone else who actually cares.
