Some great employees but man is it SLOW!! I’m typically part of the early morning crowd and unless it’s a promo day, they make everyone wait to order at the window as the line stacks up and people are just sitting in their cars. The walk-up window being permanently closed is also ridiculous because if someone comes through and orders 6 drinks we’re all just stuck waiting on that huge order.

Yet another good experience! Been coming here about 2 years and they are always cheerful and helpful, never had less than excellent service.Dietary restrictions: Found out after ordering that the strawberry bobos DO contain Red #40, which my daughter is strongly allergic to (hives). However, they were great about checking and then changing her order at the last minute with absolutely no pushback or problem, even though it took extra time and there was a long line.
My go-to drink is a Golden Eagle Frost, which is like a milkshake with no coffee. I really appreciate that the order taker always confirms that I don't want a Freeze which has the coffee. Now if I can only stop calling it an American Eagle frost... can anybody guess I'm an old white guy?Parking: Don't bother trying to park here
