Five stars. Everything there is handmade. The toppings and salsa section is more diverse than most other taco joints with items such as pickled onions (that are also homemade) as well as a variety of handmade, unique salsas. The carne asada is made on charcoal and sliced super small so that every bite is delicious. It's some of the best in AZ. The barbacoa is also pretty darn good too. The food was pretty good. Only issue is the rice was undercooked so i was chewing clumps of dry rice in my burrito. Also i ordered a carne asada burrito and theres about twice as much rice compared to carne asada.. Food was still enjoyable tho!

Eddy's only get a 5-Star. As a restaurant consultant they totally serve with a smile and they bring their culture to your tastebuds. You won't walk away hungry! Good Job!!!
