Some dear friends and I met here monthly for a decade. I live in Texas now but am in AZ visiting so a small group of us decided to grab brunch here.Little did we know, this location is closing due to skyrocketing leases.Thanks for the memories IHOP. There's nothing better than food, family, and friendship. Central Avenue IHOP is Iconic Phoenix and forever in my heart.
The last time I went I picked up an online order. Mine was the only one on the table and nobody was in sight. Picked up my order and didn't have to talk to anyone. That's excellent service for a social phobic!

Waited 10 minutes to be seated,3 couples were all that were there,Flour wasn't mixed all the way up for My biscuits and gravy, Not once came to ask if we wanted or needed anything.
