Couldn't get coffee from the dining room, the sign outside said it would be open at 6 am but no one came to the door I had to call to ask what time only to be told they open at 8 or 9 am, not 6 CHANGE YOU SIGN! I was standing 10 minutes after 6 and I had to call to find out and it wasn't even a straight answer!!

Don’t plan on Dining in because you may need to use the bathroom. The ladies room was out of order so they say. I asked to be let in the bathroom and they unlocked the men’s room and well this is what I found.

My order was INCORRECT!I ordered two breakfast jacks with "BACON NOT HAM." I even reiterated the fact that I DIDN'T WANT HAM on either of the two sandwiches!! For whatever reason, one of the breakfast sandwiches were made correctly BUT the second was NOT. Included with the order was two grilled cheese & two regular tacos.This order was placed in the drive through at 3:40 am. There was only one other car in line & it was behind me. When OSCAR handed my bag to me he said "your order, sauce, and napkins are in the bag, is there anything else I can get for you?"I get home & sit down with my roommate to eat & of course THAT IS WHEN I REALIZE MY ORDER IS WRONG!! How hard is it to get a small, six item order the EXACT way that the customer placed it & have it actually be correct?? AGAIN, the restaurant was not busy! If it had been during a peak dinner rush, I could understand some confusion & mistakes, BUT IT WAS 3:40 AM. There was NO SURGE or RUSH!!!If this only happened once in a blue moon I would just move on & call it a day, BUT UNFORTUNATELY IT SEEMS TO BE THE NORM THESE DAYS! I worked fast food (@ the golden arches) during the lunch rush when I was younger, so I DO get it!

My buddy and me stopped into this establishment really late afternoon and it was a ghost town. Maybe the drivethru was busy idk, we went inside. The bathroom was clean, the whole place looked nice and well kept. We ordered and i thought the food took a little longer than usual, but it was worth the wait. I only ordered tacos and a large chocolate shake, but they were perfect. Perfectly fried, perfect portions of all the inner stuffs, perfect crispyness, and the shake was excellent. Chocolaty and thick. I could have held this one upside-down for an hour without incident. Overall an excellent store to visit, id return without question.Parking: Basic simple free parkkng lot. Clean and maintained.Wheelchair accessibility: I noticed the lounge and dining area had ample space for wheelchairs to move, freely throughout the interior of the building which Im sure is great for anyone confined to a chair.

recently had the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, a sandwich that I found pretty enjoyable. The sandwich had a nice spicy kick to it, which I particularly enjoyed in my food. Overall, I found the sandwich to be quite delicious and satisfying.

Why did they put in that stupid drive thru. That this is hideous and unsafe. They treat everyone like the homeless that sleep in the bushes. Only out of necessity do I go to this location.
