The window person gave the impression that they really dislike their job. If I were a little slower, the food and drink would have been on the ground . He should have just put it on the end of a 10 foot

Never again. We run here often because it's down the road from us, so it's convenient. Tonight our 2 hamburgers were half hamburgers, my junior jumbo jack was disgusting (see photo as to how I got it), my husband got 2 fish that he couldn't eat because they were in pieces. One came dressed with tartar, lettuce and cheese, the other - nothing on it. Very disappointing!!

The manger has her kids in the restaurant while working daughter was coughing all over the store Mexico’s manger called us
Terrible service. I came to get food and I was told they are doing shift change. So I waited the 5 minutes they asked for. I pulled back up and it was still “shift change”. They needed another 10-15 minutes. I waited the 10 minutes and STILL “shift change”. Trash staff.
Cashier walked away during our order. Do I blame her? Absolutely not. She was running drive thru as well. However once she was able to focus on our order she forgot the second half of it and was quite nasty when we asked where the reminder of our food was. When we finally were charged twice for it and revived it, it was cold, and not edible. FYI We came here to have lunch after a ceremony at the Papago Army Reserve Base as our son just deployed to Kuwait. Thanks for literally making a rough day worse. Do I blame the cashier or staff? Absolutely not! I blame the General Manager and Franchise owner to cheap to pay labor that understaffed that store in the 1st place! You're employees did their best with the insane staffing restraints you hobbled them with. Shame on you!

I'd avoid the place during the early morning. I've had the same issue as others where they claim their system is down or updating for hours. Everyday from 4-6? (They told me it's everyday, btw.) Otherwise, what you'd expect from Jack in the Box.

Ordered 2 meals, a burger and a chicken tenders. Arrived at the window to find out that suddenly they are out of chicken. Instead of telling me when I was ordering I found our when I no longer had access to the menu. No apologies, no solutions, just a blank stare from the worker. Orders are often wrong and then staff sometimes closes dur9ng business hours because "they're understaffed."
