Unfortunately, this particular store has terrible. Mond you I love Jimmy John's! But this store appeared to use day old bread on all 3 of our sandwiches. All sandwiches were missing one item or another. I go the Vito. It was hard as a rock. No oil and vinegar. Said could not have Dijon mustard, whereas yesterday, and the day before, at another store, everything was fresh and juicy. Had dijon. That store left us all craving more! This store no one smiled. Didn't give a bag to put all our sandwiches in to go. Really terrible customer service. Someone needs to get that store up to par. If it had been the first place I ever tried a Jimmy John's sandwich, I would never go to another Jimmy John's again! We even became members based on the other store. This store is giving Jimmy John's a bad name.

I ordered four sandwiches that literally took 40 minutes. They were not busy. There were two other people eating inside and one other person waiting for their food. After that person had gotten their food it’s still took another 20 minutes to get my order. There was one older gentleman that was making sandwiches very very slowly. I understand that I should be patient, but when it is literally the tagline freaky fast, they need to reconsider their staff. My order # was 24397556713472000. I will not return to this location.

Terrible service. I ordered delivery on the website. 20 minutes after I place and pay for my order, I get a call from someone at the store saying we have no delivery drivers. He sounded rude and upset as if it was my fault. I contacted customer service and they said they will talk to the team there. I didn’t get offered anything despite the inconvenience.

Avoid. Usually Jimmy John's is great, and I go there because it's fast. This is the first time I've been to this location, and I won't be returning. It took them 20 minutes to make my ham and turkey sandwich, and on my way to my car I noticed it had no turkey. I went back and they remade it, but the woman working there sucked. There was no apology, no attempt to make up for the inconvenience of having to come back and wait longer. Then she made a comment about how if I'm looking for a job to let them know because they "could use the help." Lady, complain to your store owner and manager about staffing issues, not me.

When I came in I didn't know what to get, and the worker working solomon suggested me and a Sandwich while also greeting me very kindly, great man!!
The customer service was great! We we're a little indecisive on what we should get and Solomon's menu knowledge helped us devids on what to get.
