JINYA Ramen Bar - Central Phoenix

The creamy vegan ramen was thick and filling. I like that had multiple vegan ramen options, plus other menu items. The waiter recommended one of the vegan ramens as one of his three recommended dishes.

This was my first time at the Phoenix location vs the Chandler branch and both spots are fantastic. Having tried ramen all over Japan, I can say Jinya has some delicious food! My favorite is the Jinya Black Tonkotsu ramen and their gyoza are delicious too! Derek took excellent care of us and made sure our experience was amazing! ✨

Broth done right. Exceptional. Add what you like, the list is quite long. The noodles are house made. Vegan options are available . Cocktails and beer on tap, as well as saki options.

My server Derek was one of the best servers I have had in a while. He was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be coming back In, and we hope to be served by him again. The shrimp tempura and black ramen was so good.

I was recently at Jinya and it was my first time there. I didn’t really know what to get so I asked my server Derek to recommend some things to try. He was excellent in guiding me through my choices and options. I got the crispy rice and spicy tuna and it was excellent. He also guided me through my ramen bowl and making it something I liked. I’ll definitely be back! Great service and good food.

This is one of my favorite places! I love the Tonkotsu Black and the Pork Gyoza, though I'm sure everything is delicious. The atmosphere is very welcoming and chill too.
