They are extremely slow. It took 20 minutes to get a frappe. Several times I've ordered coffee with cream and sugar and instead of adding the cream and sugar in they gave me a bag of tiny little sugar packets. I use a lot of sugar, so did they people that I was drinking coffee with. Opening 30 tiny little sugar packages just seemed ridiculous. And, laziness was the only reason that these specific employees did it. I only know this because every other time at every other McDonald's it's served one way but at this McDonald's when this specific employee works it's served another.

Waited for 30 minutes! For just 4 Oreo McFlurrys with barely any Oreo pieces in them. The service was extremely slow and the final product did not live up to my expectations. I was highly disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

Quick and friendly service, food was fresh! Drinks cold, was asked to pull to a reserve spot which can be annoying for FAST FOOD, but was only a couple mins wait. Would recommend this location, I ordered triple cheese burger meal medium with a coke.!

I usually order on the kiosk and your order is never complete they give you the food and make you wait for a cup and if you ask for it they get angry the workers are rude and you always have to wait a long time for a simple order.

I swear this McDonalds is a joke and shouldn't be allowed the title. I go often as its cheap and easy and quick.... usually. Sometimes I'll even order it (no I don't eat it all the time just generally speaking when i do). I'm convinced they play a game to see how they can mess up door dash orders, I have to submit a refund request literally every time because of a missing item. Today I ordered Two Mcdoubles (no pickle) a large fry and a coke. Decided to get a little nifty with my dippin sauce and decided some buffalo and sweet and sour sounded good, maybe even a honey packet. I get the bag, there is one mcdouble, with pickle, a medium fry, and a single packet of... Honey MUSTARD. How hard is it to make 16$ an hour to read a screen, look down, read a condoment packet, realize its what the screen said, grab it and put it in the bag. Like you literally have to be doing that on purpose it makes no sense. All in all the food tasted fine, its just the service EVEN in person that is so trash id rather poop in my hand and clap in front of my face than deal with this establishment again.

Service is getting worst here. I've been coming here often enough to see the decline. I'm trying to be understanding but these guys need to help themselves first. They almost never have any receipt paper at the Kiosk making it difficult to track your order. My last visit I ordered in and input my table number only for my food to sit at the counter for ten minutes before I finally got up and read the bag.... The manager passed by the food sitting there multiple times... At least make an inquiry as to who it belongs to. Sometimes there are people outside begging. Not very often though. This business constantly uses the curbside to keep the drive thru from filling up. Sending the message that they are understaffed or not very efficient in their execution..... Maybe both. I'm going to start looking at some alternatives.... As a customer you go to these places for quick, easy and convenient food. Not to worry about receiving the correct order and wondering to yourself, "what now?!" .... Which is the question I'm starting to find myself asking more and more.
