Used to like going here. Placed an order for pickup. When I got there my food wasn’t there. The man there was very very rude said someone else picked it up and they won’t make my order for me because then “they would be at a loss” . Never ordering here again. Wasted my time and my gas.

Amazing place to come for breakfast! Staff are friendly and treat you like royalty there. I've tried a lot of their food and it never disappoints, they have everything from custom flavored waffles to any size of chicken fried steak you'd like. And speaking of chicken fried steak; it's probably the best menu item they have! So tender and warm, always cooked perfectly. The wait time can be a little annoying depending on the day, sometimes you got to wait out there for 20 minutes. But the wait is worth it for sure! Sometimes the seats can have crumbs but other than that the store is super clean. They also have a lot of seating, (one wall full of booths, including a curved booth in the corner which can fit about 5-10 people, bar seating which can fit about 6 people, another wall full of booths, and a room full of tables and booths.)Vegetarian options: They have a vegan omelet.Parking: Probably about 100 spots to parkKid-friendliness: Staff are really nice to the kids and they also have a kids menu.

I wish I could rate 5 stars because the food and prices are good and staff is usually friendly. But every time I’ve come they don’t have anyone working the register and it takes forever for an employee to decide to help out and ring people up. Please put an employee at the register and make them stay there the whole time as their only job. This place is always busy so there are always people waiting to pay. It feels like the employees avoid helping people at the register, they look and see people waiting but they just keep walking. Today I was waiting to pay standing behind a man and we stood there for a good while, I saw at least 2 employees look at us and ignore us. Then 3 more people stood in line, it’s a small place so we were all blocking the walkways. Finally one of the employees who ignored us earlier decided to come help, but another girl jumped in instead. As she was helping the first man pay, she started taking the tickets of the people who came up after me, I had to jump in and tell her I was first, she wasn’t even paying attention to who was in line. Good food, bad wait service.

Quaint place with welcoming vibes! The waitress team is a CLASS ACT! Jayna, our waitress, was friendly, helpful and attentive! We were here visiting family and chose to “revisit” Moon Valley three times. Their breakfast is TOPS!! The house coffee has great flavor, my cup was refilled before I asked! The Belgian waffles are PERFECT soft, crisp and flavor. The cinnamon roll flavor is AMAZING! My Hubbie got hash browns and they were perfect as well! I don’t think you can go wrong with anything you choose here. The team is the definition of “service with a smile”!

Place was super crowded, service was terrible. Steak was tough, glass of milk just bigger then a shot glass. Had a bowl of hazlenut creamer, no reg. Cream, When I complained both the waiter and the greeter simply repied I just work here. I don't make the rules. Will Never Return to this Overpriced Hole!

This place is obviously popular but I guess I don't get why. Very crowded and cramped space with a lot of people dodging other people. They do it well, but take note if you're claustrophobic. Ordered Eggs Benedict which is my favorite breakfast go-to and nothing about it seemed to work. Hollandaise was broken and tasted off, the ham and muffin were soggy/squishy and it just wasn't good to the point that I couldn't stomach finishing it. The "home fries" also weren't what I expected and didn't seem to go well with the eggs benny. BF had the biscuits and gravy special with sausage links. The gravy and eggs came out good, but the biscuits were meh and the sausage had no flavor. We had a nice waitress, but all in all not impressed enough to return.

I had a fantastic experience at Moon Valley Cafe in Phoenix! The service was top-notch, with a friendly and attentive staff that made me feel right at home. The cafe's laid-back vibe created the perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy a meal. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the food. And speaking of the food, it was absolutely amazing! Every dish I tried was bursting with flavor and made with evident care. If you're looking for a place with great service, kind people, a chill atmosphere, fair prices, and incredible food, Moon Valley Cafe is definitely a must-visit.I had the eggs Benedict with avocado and a side of bacon. My wife had a pork chop and egg breakfast with a pancake and we left with a fresh cinnamon roll for desert later on.Kid-friendliness: Great place for the whole family.

If you order the "deluxe waffle", don't expect the strawberries, whipped cream or blue berries that's advertised. You'll get bananas and walnuts or some nut they had laying around. The waffle is to hard and crunchy to eat. Took two bites and the roof of my mouth is trashed. I did Uber eats and paid $22 for this btw. One sad waffle with a half a banana and some nut they had leftover.

Been coming here for years. Food is pretty good and soups are great. Service over past few years gets worse each time. Just left after waiting to even be acknowledged let alone people who came in after me not only got a menu and their drink order. I am done with this place. Most everybody there are regulars. I use to go there weekly. For those regulars if you ask them and they are honest they will tell the owner who is often there. Good luck

I've been here twice. Yesterday and today. I came back today because everything was great, to such a degree that I had to come back the next day.I recommend the lobster roll and the crepes with vanilla yogurt.

We decided to grab brunch and came across this lovely little diner. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the music was chill. Our server was attentive, but it wasn't just her. All of the servers worked together to make our experience great. The food was very tasty and came out quickly. We ordered the He-Man and Western Omelets and shared a pancake roll. Everything was delicious l, hot and flavorful. I would recommend checking them out if you are in town.
