Had an employee order lunch for the crew and I went to pick it up and told the lady behind the counter the name for the pick up and she was rude 1 they had just opened and our order was the only one and I was looking at it she had me resight the order which luckily I remember the orders for everyone and after she practically tossed the food in my direction no smile no you're welcome or thank you nothing just no effort on customer service at all like our order bothered her we will no longer order food for the fact of poor service although the food does taste great but not worth the disrespect

I only get soup now. The toru vegetable with no tofu I have it delivered so it cost me over 20 .00 for soup they got worse and worse every time I ordered . The first time a lot of broccoli and by the last time a lot of big pieces of vegetables cabbage about two snow peas 1 piece of broccoli just a joke. Didn't even taste good more. Taste like old food.

Ordered $80 worth of food and every bit of it was disgusting and 3 things didn’t show up. All was over cooked dried out and wrong. It was delivered and the woman at the restaurant tried to blame Uber and Uber did nothing wrong. She said oh sorry about your food. Never offered a refund or replacement or anything just oh well you wasted $80 then. Please steer clear of this place and the vile food and people.

I love coming to New Silver Dragon. They always treat me so well. My favorite dishes are the orange chicken and shrimp chow mein.
Rude customer service- if you can call it that. Staff opens kitchen door, looks at us, closes door and continues on as if we never arrived. Do yourself a favor- don’t order here. Veggie Village has higher quality menu items, more variety and excellent customer service- every time.

First. We ordered with Door dash. I’m starting to think when you order doordash. Restaurants are like “yeah send them whatever who cares, doordash is not going to say anything.The food horrible. Looks like it’s been laying around for 3 days. I asked for soy sauce and duck sauce. Got nothing, they couldn’t figure out the right soda to get me so they gave what they wanted.It’s just terrible. It’s 5:25pm on Saturday 7/8/23. Don’t buy there and DEFINITELY don’t doordash, Uber eats, etc. we need to start holding these places accountable for how they serve and prepare food. This is ridiculous. Out $45 dollars for inedible food (if you can call it that) don’t go here don’t don’t don’t.

I am a Door Dash deliverer, I went into the restaurant for a pick up of two order asked the lady at the front if I could use the ladies room since I still had to wait for the second order and she said "NO, restrooms are for customers only." . would I not be considered a customer if I'm delivering their food to a costumer? SMH
