Absolutely horribly experience at this Olive Garden! Manager “robin” is a very mean lady… Horrible manager!! Do better Olive Garden with management! Cuz she is not the person to be working there!!Silverware was dirty and disgusting… I cannot imagine what kitchen looks like. I highly don’t recommend this OLIVE GARDEN! Food was cold , everything was unorganizedTook forever for us to get a waitress. Unbelievable ! We will never be back here again .

My reason why I give one start is because I make a order online to pick it up.. so I sent my daughter to pick up the order.. and when she got home everyone was so hungry.. but the spaghetti and meatballs for my son wasn’t there.. so my daughter have to drive back to pick up the missing order.. make me mad ? because wasted my time and my dinner time ! ? but food is always delicious ? I don’t have complain about it

We went there today, they sat us on the table . But left us there sitting on the table for 20 minutes. Not a waiter or anything. We had to ask for waiter they forgot about us. We were ready to order so we order our food . We finished our soup & they barely bought the bread after we finished our soups. SMH!!! Really bad service. We order another drink & had to ask for it again. They took long for us to get the bill too.

Horrible Management from Robin… First 3 sets of our silverware were dirty, we asked for the manager she just took them back never apologized or took responsibility our server was the only person who actually apologized then the cooks messed up 2 of our plates but by the time our plates came out we all lost our appetite and I kindly asked the manager if we can get some type of discount due to the convenience and she just took ALL of our plates when we were waiting for our boxes and tossed all of our food and took the entrees off the bill and charged us for the soups and our bill was over 70$ and therefore we did not pay anything since the manager was very unprofessional and rude.

I placed a cardside pickup for just 1 order of breadsticks. I couldn't get out of the car to go inside, unfortunately I had a sick animal in my car and we just left the emergency vet. My pick up time for pre-made breadsticks was 30 minutes. How is that even possible? I can understand if it's an actual food order but not breadsticks, but ok I am driving from far away. I get there and check in. 10 minutes goes by and eveyone that was there before me and after me had gotten their orders and left. I'm still waiting for 1 order of breadsticks! I called the restaurant/curbside and the woman that answered acted like she could care less and I just told her to cancel the order. So I just wasted 40 minutes of my time and dealt with people who do not care. There are too many other places to choose from and get better customer service from than to deal with this horrible of service. This is not ok or acceptable. I won't be going to this Olive Garden anymore and it will be a long time before I even want to patron another Olive Garden. I've had a rough enough day and going to Olive Garden shouldn't be an added stress and difficulty.

Salty breadsticks. minestrone soup wasn't hot, but med hot. I got the tour of Italy entrée. Small portions. Chicken was over fried. And salty. Fettuccine was good. But small portion. Lasagne was good. Not worth 55.00. I can make better than this.
