Just when to get lunch and I order a bowl with the firecracker shrimp they told me it was going to be 1.50 more I didn't know why but hey it's ok I guess get to my work site open my bowl there was only 5 shrimps come on only 5 after I pay 16 dollars that is a still hope they start getting there portions right before they didn't charge the 1.50 more and they will give you a good portion now they charge you and give you almost nothing

The people are so rude and they make it so difficult to order. They have no customer service skills. They lie claiming not to have certain things like white rice when they have a whole container. I just feel really unwelcome at this location if you dislike your job don't take it out on customers. Yvette S needs to be fired because she is horrible and I won't go back to this location which sucks considering I live right next door. I went through drive thru and she still messed up my order she even walked away and got a man to talk to me because she had an attitude.

The servers are very rude. Roll your eyes at everything. You ask for the manager doesn't know how to work the POS system. I just don't know how this panda express is still going. Dont order online, you get nothing you ask for on special notes.

This crew either needs to be replaced entirely or demolished the whole store paid 30 dollars and they forget my side dishes, I know it ain’t hard to look at a screen and serve a tray with everything in front of you never going back don’t recommend. The cashier YVETTE S doesn’t give sauce and forgets your food.

Panda's quality is Spit compared to 10 years ago. This One on that South Side has now love for the food . They will serve you old dried out heat lamp burnt rice. Below average better off in the food city deli.

Manager tells me that there’s more broccoli than beef because it’s called “broccoli and beef” and not “beef broccoli” showed him a picture of the a screen running in their restaurant which clearly shows more beef than broccoli, he says “oh the pictures are different than real life” so be prepared to get 5 pieces of broccoli to 1 piece of beef, because it’s called “broccoli and beef” and not “beef broccoli” ? wasn’t even asking for more beef than broccoli but come on give me some beef.
