Found the only green item worthy of a vegan snack in the whole airport. The Green Passion Smoothie.Otherwise, large Panera selection you come to count on.

All the tables were dirty, maybe because there were no trash cans around. People's food was just being stacked up on the tables and random areas in the dinning area. The food quality was ok but priced higher than the restaurant

Went here when they opened and got a cinnamon crunch latte which was pretty good. Also got a roast turkey avocado BLT which my favorite sandwich there. Bread is great sandwich was large and yummy.

Ate here out of desperation as I was on a time crunch and everything else was packed. I went in with low expectations and tried to give this Panera benefit of the doubt being in an airport and all but wow was this just a terrible experience. Half of the menu was "sold out" which left us with minimal options. I ordered a chicken avocado focaccia sandwich and I just don't know what to say. They heated up everything, including the avocado, tomato, spinach and raw onions. Didn't cook the items just heated them to man for an extremely odd texture of food. Warm avocado is just strange. Flavor itself was awful. Bread became crumbs instantly. If this Panera appears to be your only option, just don't eat. Hop on your plane and hope they give out pretzels or something. Expectations are low in an airport and this was somehow so far below it. Staff was rude as well.

This location on terminal 4 (in front of gate C 14) was AWESOME! Great service and actually fast for being busy. I asked for my bread to b toasted before they made my sandwich and the young lady was more than happy to make it happen. Definitely not your typical airport service!

Very overpriced with poor quality. Have always enjoyed Panera Bread, but the chicken Chipotle avocado sandwich was the worst. Hardly any chicken or avacado, and all I could taste was bread. If not outbound on a flight, would immediately returned. Airport restaurants are always a risk.

Wow, this place is overrated. Ordered the bacon egg and cheese on chibatta bread. First they gave me the wrong thing, second they don’t give you a receipt and it takes a manager 10 minutes to go to the back and print it out. For those of us traveling for work we NEED the receipt. Once I got my actual sandwich, it was the most depressing looking thing I’ve seen. 2 tiny pieces of bacon, a round microwaved slab of egg like product and cheese that was melted into the bread with no flavor. I don’t know how this place is still in business.

Always fresh - usually friendly - clean bathrooms and enough space for people to enjoy one another and not overly loud so everyone an hear each other

Absolutely the most disgusting Panera I've ever ate at. Food was old, tasted stale and was squished in the bag. Best option on the menu...water! Don't bother wasting your money or time here.

Their 2 star review makes sense.... They make sure you order and pay before letting you know they don't have what you want then only offer a substitute instead of just getting your money back... idiots

I ordered the " Signature Take Chicken Sandwich" one they left 1/2 the ingredients off. There was no parmesean crisps. The chicken was chopped rotissere that didn't even cover 1/2 the bun. NO sauce and paid so much more being in an airport. The staff was completely rude! I understand shortage of staff and all but doesn't mean you have to treat people with disrespect. I saw a few people coming back saying their order wasn't what they ordered or wrong. Unforutnately, I did not have the time to see mine until I was on the plane. very disappointing! I saw the assembly male employee kept wiping his forehead with his platic gloves on!!

The Customer service is extremely good. Prices are good and food is very good.

I know it's an airport location but our experience was horrible - slow service, they left out a sandwich from the order, and the sandwiches we did get lacked sauce (so totally dry), and we're on stale bread. And at premium prices. Any other place in the airport is a better option than this!

We just needed a small snack to hold us during the lunch hour while in flight. An Everything bagel sounded good. We had the choice of ordering from a kiosk or simply stepping up to the counter. There was no one in line so I just went to the counter to order my bagel. The bagel was fine.

Ordered sausage and pizza flat bread and it looked like a cheap Mr. P’s pizza was put in the oven. Wasn’t even sliced when order was complete.
