We picked up a pizza Feb 13th. Whoever made it (I called today - lady said it was Soren or Elizabeth) did great! It was cooked just right!! And you had nice customer service.Thank you!

I ordered at the wrong shop my fault I asked him about it. He was condescending rude and perhaps you should train your managers if they are going to say something nasty about a customer. They should wait until the door is closed m. I was there Friday night about 930, 10 o’clock. He was rude condescending and I will never go to Papa John’s. It was my first Time to Papa Johns with me and my friend we never ever going there again. I think you should fire this guy I’m going on Facebook and I am also writing about my experiences. He should not be working for you and he is going to make your store suffer. I will never ever go to your stores again and will tell anyone who will listen about my experience

Pizza quality and accuracy has gone through the window.Had to request a refund Dec. 2023 just because I received the incorrect order. Was told I would recieve a refund 5 to 7 buisness days. I called Customer Service 1/11/24 for an update and I was told that they would call store and for me to wait 48hrs. Today 1/16/24 I called Customer service again for an update was told that rep would call me back in the next 15 mins, no call back. I called again spoke to Rep. Karen. Supervisor Sherry and was told once again they would call store and wait for a call back. (No notes in system about my call earlier today) so I called the store myself and Store Manager Mary Tomas she mentioned that the refund was never processed back in Dec. 2023, that she had just processed refund today. And guess what i have to wait 5 to 7 days to see that refund. Finger crossed

Went in to ask for a scarp of food. I am so hungry. She said they have nothing.I asked if employees get meals. She said they are not hiring. I asked again, Can employees eat the food. She said Yes, If you are an employee. I asked is there a limit, like a small Pizza. She diverted, I asked if there was, then, no limit.She said, yes, there is no limit to what an employee can eat.HomelessT

ordered a pick up order for around 60 dollars drove all the way there for them to tell me they dont take 100
As a dasher I waited over 1 hour and the lady working kept ignoring me. I had 2 orders and the lady told me 10 to 15 minutes and ended up being over 1 hour and I unassigned the orders. Poor servive.

So sad that Papa Johns used to be at the top of the big three. The last five times, or more, that I have ordered from them, it has been a terrible experience. This one, I ordered well done, and it came undercooked. That seems to be the new norm. This one, also came with so many air bubbles that only about half of the pizza, which was a large, had toppings on it. The rest was air bubbled crust. In previous orders, truthfully, not from the store, I have been placed on hold when I called about errors in the order. I have stayed on hold for over an hour, only to be hung up on once the store closed. When trying to call back, I received a recording that the store was closed. Sad that a great pizza place became just junk. Papa John’s is a disgrace to customer service.There’s an old adage in the hospitality business. If you have a great experience, you tell one or two people. If you have a bad experience, you tell everyone.I will tell everyone after so many bad experiences.

So disappointing.....asked for the pizza well done. And it was severely undercooked and soggy. And I also asked for extremely light cheese and it had so much cheese on it i could not eat it. They don't seem to care at all anymore!! This is not the first time It came super soggy.Thought I would give them another chance. Never again!!!

PAPA JOHNS MORE LIKE PAPA JAMAL. This franchise needs to stop hiring spooks and immediately fire their black employees and managers or I will never eat here again. Not only do they make for an uncomfortable experience when you pick up your order, but they always f up the pizza so badly that it is inedible just like they do in Africa. I can never eat here again unless black workers are fired.

Order came incorrect as wrong sauce was on the pizza. It was a surprise for my son. Embarrassing however, called store and replacement being sent. Second came and was wrong again. Again called store and manager yelled at me stating it wasn't raw. I explained she wasn't even let me explain. I told her again wrong sauce. She stayed no it was right as she Yelled. She didn't offer to replace. Customer service awful and food too!!!!
