Ordered steak... forced to eat chicken even after paying extra for the steak... Maybe they do deserve the 25% below minimum wage that was proposed.

The amount of meat given for the portion size is insufficient. I have to pay extra for fried rice or noodles. This why I donât eat out Panda Express is better.

Been coming here for years. Food is good however this place is filthy. Bathroom constantly is disgusting. It seems to be under construction, however thereâs no excuse for Everything always being dirty and stuff on the walls. Also its quite obvious they refill their soy sauce bottles however, can anybody wipe these things down they are Absolutely disturbing. If these things are this filthy, I am curious how they clean their kitchen?

My family was in Phoenix for the week. We ordered delivery to the hotel we were at (7 minutes away). The delivery took almost 2 hours. The food was cold, they did not bring half of the order, and the food was terrible. The chicken was overcooked and dry, the noodles were plain with no seasoning or sauce, and the amount of food was not enough for even one meal. It was approximately $16/plate, plus a delivery fee. Very disappointing.

The wonton soup broth was so salty I couldn't eat it. The wontons were okay. There was no hint of lemongrass bummer. Lettuce wraps were okay, the lettuce had visible wilt and brown spots. Curry was mediocre and the pumpkin spice doughnuts tasted very artificial. The service was great, employees were friendly and efficient. The atmosphere was dingy with a police officer in a bullet proof vest guarding the door.

Dirty dining room, rude service and extremely over salted food. Go across street for something better.

Been seeing this restaurant since 2014 and never thought it was any good. Tried it 2024 and shouldâve kept up with my gut instinct; this food was TRASH. The paisa sounding manager was rude over the phone when I tried to place an order too. But it person he was with all the cheesy corny fake smiles. The food lacked complete flavor. Had to drown it with my own sriracha once I got home. The Thai donuts were lack luster, real donuts from bosas donuts wouldâve sufficed. Never coming back again.

Its good service was great, changes were made to the menu and thatâs always a bummer. Pad Thai dish doesnât get a like anymore and tofu comes separate.
Asian Chopped Chicken Salad was made with canned chicken. Yuck.

Typical pei wei.
It has fallen a lot since the Flemming's leadership but is much much better than the two interim companies that owned it before the current leadership.
I am NOT a fan of fast casual, but this IS. a good alternative. It's about the only QSR I will eat on a semi regular basis
