I cannot attest to the food; however, I can to the service.

I went in to make a purchase with my receipt survey code. Although the manager was kind, they only accept surveys codes from their store.

I’ve been to this location a few times as it was closest to my old residence. Each time they mess something up. This time I placed an order online and wished to cancel it as I ordered at the wrong location due to my move and the app did not update my store for some reason. I called the store immediately and was offered no help and given a number that was supposed to be able to help me, but when called I did not get an answer multiple times. I also attempted to follow up with support and they gave me zero resolution and suggested I turn location services on in the app when they were already on and did not update my store in the first place. I was not offered a refund or any help of any sort. I am normally not one to complain about service but this is ridiculous. I understand that I ordered at the wrong location but when the only response I get is to do something that’s already been done and did not work as intended I feel as though I deserve compensation. I contacted the store before any food was made to circumvent this problem asap and wasn’t met with any help or good customer service.

I have been to several of the Popeyes around town but hands down the dryest most unfresh chicken by far in town. The only saving grace is their red beans and rice.

I'll start by saying I try to avoid this location after getting bad food from them in the past. But last night, my wife went there and ordered two 3 piece combos after work. It was a mistake. The food tasted and felt expired like it was supposed to be thrown out at least an hour before. Food was warm almost cold, we live live a 2 minute drive from here. We threw the food out and had to regroup. TERRIBLE.

I’ve never had issues before with Popeyes chicken, but today was the worst I’d ever had, chicken old and very dry as well as the fries, the biscuits were hard as plastic. Very disappointing.

They wouldn't validate my receipt for 2 PC chicken with a purchase of a drink. 1st time that happens

Waited 30 min for food and got half my order do not go here all staff is useless

Chicken could have been a little Spicer I don't know if they even gave me the right kind. And the drive thru service could be a little faster.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, a large tea and a bottle of water. I was sent a large cup of tap water and I was charged three dollars almost 4 dollars for it never again.

Umm I never ate at Popeyes ever and I wanted to come here for my first time but reading the reviews... Iiii don't think I'm coming here.. MGMT!!! Need to fix this store, seriously
