Food was trash ! The drinks are good but I put no tip ! And still got charged a 10$ tip to my card ! Yeah I’m not returning here ! I wouldn’t mind tipping if food wasn’t trash and if I dinned in

I had a bad taste in my mouth, my daughter likes to go to this place for their boba drink, she asks for one in particular, when we left she realized that they didn't have boba, we came back to tell the lady, my daughter explained to her that They always put boba in the drink, and he hadn't put it in, so he told my daughter that he couldn't do anything anymore, because it had just closed, but he opened it for us, I don't think it was difficult for him to put it in even if he had charged me extra, I paid 6dlls My daughter no longer wanted to drink the drink for nothing,

I wish I got a picture. The woman took my order while actively on the phone. I had ordered a taro milk tea with brown sugar boba. After ordering I asked if there were dairy alternatives and she said there isn’t any dairy in it. I received my drink and honestly, it’s the worst boba I’ve had. I’m no good critic but it’s not hard to tell when you have (potentially stale/ old) boba. The boba was just mixed in the drink and was floating around in pieces and when I got a taste they were just so gross. Very disappointing and honestly every single place I’ve ever gotten boba from has offered milk alternatives and I don’t think it’s a coincidence that my stomach is killing me now after just a few sips of that horrible drink. (Ended up throwing it out) I’m sorry but for a place that is called PHO And BOBA the boba shouldn’t be absolute garbage

Delicious food, boba tea and coffee. Great service as well. I ordered to-go, but stayed for the atmosphere and the food smelled way too good.

I really enjoyed the chicken pho!The comments about awful service must be competition or something, everything was nice ✨ I could eat there every day, I'll be coming back ☺️

It's a beautiful hidden place. We have only gone for the boba so far which is great. They have a large food and drink menu, I can't wait to go back to try!

This place was absolutely delicious! I can’t help but feel like the bad review could be from competition because this place had phenomenal flavor! The service was incredibly kind, and the food was delicious. We order the filet pho, chicken pho, shrimp pho, as well as the stir fry and they all had their own delicious, unique flavor! The portions are huge, too! The food was so yummy the first time we came that we came back the next day again! I can’t rave about this place enough. Its my new go-to pho place and I love that their local. The food is great and service is so friendly! I also found the prices to be very reasonable! I left full all day!

Well, I am not a Boba fan, so I can not speak to that or all the negative comments about it.... however, the service was amazing, very attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I got the Pork Egg Rolls, very good, hot, chrispy, and fresh. And the Shrimp Pho, which was so good I'd do naughty things for it if needed! The broth was f@&king delicious, no other way to say it. Super fresh bok choy, Brocolli and lots of huge shrimp cooked to perfection, fresh herbs, jalapeños and sprouts to add in and man o man o man, some of the best I've had! And they are right down the street from my house! Hells yeah!Forget the Boba, come for the Pho and you're welcome! Oh and the Thai iced tea was fantastic also! AND the place is so clean you can literally see your face in the floor!

The Critic

As I continue on my mission to find high quality Pho in the city of Phoenix other than our long-term Vietnamese restaurants off of 19th avenue and Camelback I Fear that my mission is somehow going to end with low yielding resultsI decided to give Saigon nights a try the new times said it was one of the new Vietnamese restaurant specializing in Pho to try.Once again the Phoenix new times has let me down.Upon entrance into Saigon nights I noticed that it had been recently remodeled I sat down grabbed a menu, by a name other than the restaurant I was in, and ordered the same Pho that I always do the combination. The first thing I noticed is that this particular bowl of soup here is $14 on the high side for anywhere else in the city of Phoenix. While waiting for my combination Pho I noticed that the tops of the hoisin bottle, Sriracha so forth and the surrounding areas were very dirty The floor needed mopping all the containers needed to be cleaned and I got this nasty feeling after realizing this place was pretty dirty. My combination Pho arrived and of course I was once again disappointed in a very special bowl of soup. The first thing I am told is that they do not have bean sprouts so I got a plate full of basil jalapenos and lemons for my vegetable garnish for my bowl of soup. The jalapenos should have been thrown away 3 days ago same for the basil You had to tear the basil leaves in halves because the other halves were black.I prepare my dish, of course I'm a purest I don't add sriracha or hoisin I put them on the side and dunk my meat in there so I had to ask for a bowl to dunk my meat.Upon tasting my broth my first impressions are lack of depth lack of certain spices and use of common American ingredients like white sugar instead of rock sugar to make a very heartwarming bowl of Vietnamese soup. There were no flavors of cardamom no flavors of star anise and no flavors of cinnamon in fact other than sodium and lime juice those were the only flavors that I was able to collect from this bowl of soup. This is the first Vietnamese restaurant that I would rank below Pho express The now chain Vietnamese restaurant that cuts a lot of corners. If you were looking for a great bowl of Pho I highly recommend that you stay away from Saigon nights in fact I would highly recommend no matter what you were looking for to not go to Saigon nights complete disaster expensive the lowest quality not to mention very dirty that I've had in a Vietnamese restaurant in the Phoenix area in the past 10 years.
