Today it’s my son birthday he’s turning 5 and me and him always go to this location and the girls treat us so well I love going there even tho I have one closer to my house costumer service is amazing today the girls got him 2 cake pops and stickers saying happy birthday he felt so special I will never forget this thank you so much for always going beyond and above you girls are what makes costumer service the best much love dita Landon

This location is not up to the usual Starbucks' standards. They can not figure out if they want to serve coffee or not, if they are a drive-thru or a walk-up and what the actual hours of operation are.

The manager there her name is Gabby. I placed an order through DoorDash for an iced coffee. My order came with a hot coffee so I contacted DoorDash. I figured it was the Dashers fault. They made the order and sent it out again the second time came out hot again with Hair inside. My drink so I knew it was DoorDash his fault so I called direct to the Starbucks and asked to speak to the lady who made my drink. When I spoke to her she kept saying that she put ice and she made that drink personally and that there was ice, but there was not the drink was hot even the Dasher scene because there was no ice. I opened it up in front of the Dasher the second time to make so I told her you are doing this on purpose. She kept persisting that I'm lying so then I spoke to another manager and explained to her and asked, why are they doing this and if I could come in and rehab my order made or get a refund they kept saying that basically I'm lying so I said I'm gonna come through the drive-through myself with the two hot coffees and let you see for yourself because there is no ice and that there is hair in there. She basically said that even if I bring the drinks in that I'm still lying so don't ever order from the store. It's horrible the manager her name is Gabby. She is horrible. I am going to call corporate.

I don't recommend going to this Starbucks. They are incredibly slow in the morning. They are also inconsistent on how they make their drinks. One day I got a pink drink that was all ice - it was watered down and I drank it in 3 sips, then was left with a cup full of ice. When I went back a couple days later and told them what happened and asked that they not overfill it with ice, the lady said no problem, made one with light ice, then charged me extra for light ice. LOLI'll stick with the one closer to my home. 75th and Loop 101 - they know what they're doing over there!

They close the location early. Or whenever they want. They’re rude majority of the time. There is a toddler’s handful worth of nice people there. At least that ive encountered. Then they make my drink without the main ingredient majority of the time.Not to mention I was mocked by staff when they thought I was on hold before when I called about the mess up on my drink. One of the many occasions. Then wouldn’t give me the managers name because he was the one making snide comments as if I have to lie about my drink being made wrong haha. Please shut down location and give extensive training.

I pay for extra for the foam, and that's all I got. Thought it was a one time thing, but it happens every time I order. It's only an issue for this location too. Every other location actually gives you what you pay for.

This place is never consistent with opening times. It’s after 5 a.m. and it’s still closed. The last time I went 2 weeks ago they told me that they open at 430
