I visited this Starbucks location recently and was surprised to find that they wanted to charge me for a glass of water, despite making a purchase. Additionally, the employee I encountered wasn't particularly customer-friendly and seemed more focused on their phone than on serving customers while cleaning dishes.

Light foam does not mean no millZ i ordered a tall latte and got more like a cappuccino amount of cream. I pay extra for breve. I want a full cup. This seems to be happening more and more at Starbucks. Not just this one, all of them. New recipe to cut costs?

came in right when the barista got there, i thought maybe came in the wrong time but she was super friendly and had no problem taking my order. she was really quick and i left within 3 minutes!! amazing service.

They open at 6. Went in at 6:20 and the girl didn’t say anything but “machines aren’t on I can’t take your order”I understand falling behind but maybe have some better customer service

Trash staff , racist baristas unprofessional high school students..management is questionable just unethical behavior applied for a job and the whole interview process is a mess..it's a reason why this location is located within the safeway..sometimes it's the things that don't workout that in turn actually works itself out

Love this location they are always so friendly. One time the guy handed me my drink and said wait that feels too light something is wrong and remade it for me. The next one he made was right on. I love that attention to detail. He was right on the one they made originally was a cappuccino not a flat white. Flat whites are the best that is the only reason I go to Starbucks over other smaller locally owned coffee shops.

Barista taking my order was on her phone/texting behind the register as she took my order. She thought she was being secretive but it was obvious and I could see her phone. Pretty pathetic
