Suuuper impressed with this place! Every food option is delicious(even the vegan option is great and I’m not even about that life), and it’s good food that doesn’t leave you bloated and tired afterward. I love the atmosphere and I love the friendly staff. Will definitely be returning!

The meal came in the cutest little box that kind of reminded me of the school lunch trays we'd get back in elementary school... ah, the good ol' days! The box is reusable, and if you bring it back on your next visit, you get $.50 off your next purchase. I was so intrigued by the menu so I chatted with the lady working, who informed me that Tastybox was actually thought up and opened by a family practitioner who truly lives by the motto "Let food by thy medicine".

Oh.Em.Gee! This has got to be the tastiest lunch I've had in a while; I see why it's called Tastybox. While searching on Yelp for a lunch spot, I came across Tastybox... I almost passed it up but I'm glad I listened to other Yelp reviews and chose to give it a try. The location is extremely convenient, located off of 7th Street -- and the building is an old historical house revamped into this cute little lunch spot. I walked in and was warmly greeted by the lady working behind the counter. She ran me through the menu; three options per day, either vegan, vegetarian, or meat, and then said she would give me a sample of each to try before I commit. Yay!!! She also informed me that the menu is seasonal and changes every 3 months. I admired the house, and loved the decor while I waited for the samples (see photos). And then I got my samples... woah, talk about extremely flavorful bites of wholesome nutritious food: Frat Boy (meat), The Alchemist (vegetarian), & The Hawker (vegan). My tastebuds jumped for joy with each sample, and it was a tough choice but ultimately I went with the Hawker, and was not disappointed. The meal came in the cutest little box that kind of reminded me of the school lunch trays we'd get back in elementary school... ah, the good ol' days! The box is reusable, and if you bring it back on your next visit, you get $.50 off your next purchase. She said that their goal is to hopefully one day provide school lunches for kids; to give them the nutrients they need to succeed and keep them going without all the added sugars and nutrient-lacking items that are currently in school lunches. Hearing this truly warmed my heart and I sincerely hope that their dream of providing school lunches comes true! Keeping ingredients simple and basic, yet preparing delicious meals to provide our bodies with the nutrient-dense foods is exactly what we - and children in school - need. I love the concept, and the food, and I will be back soon with my Tastybox, to get more tasty food!

I just ordered delivery & it was fantastic. The vegan option was lentils & carrots over rice with carrot salad, green beans & fruit. Food arrived warm, and accommodated my working lunch.

The menu is limited .. there's only one meal choice for each category per day .. on my last visit they were still serving the Fall Menu Ive had The Hawker a vegan curry served over rice with a carrot salad w/mango dressing .. yum!! On today's visit I had the Frat Boy.. the meat eaters turkey pita served with Mediterranean celery salad ..
