I went tonight to buy pretzels and I was only given 2 choices a cheese or jalapeí±o pretzel . Everything else was gone and empty. I didn't understand why they didn't have anything else when there was almost 2 hours left before closing.. if they have different hours for closing then the mall they should put their own time so costumers don't waste their time on going somewhere they don't want to sell . Also their costumer service is bad , after not having what I went for they give me an attitude of “this is what there is and I'm not making more...

Great pretzels. Always wondered how a business can be so busy but never have prices posted. My thought is when you're the best you don't have to be normal. Make sure to download the app and enjoy a free sample on your first visit and birthday.

They have the week customer service, the girl on the cashier who is taking the payments, was laughing at us while my child drop the lemonade cup,after I asked her give some thing to clean the floor, " she hide behaind the glass didn't know I saw her " and laughing at me " I didn't know why she was laughing at us!# nothing funny happened at all.

Never heard of the cheese meltdown pretzel, but it looked like it was glimmering behind the window and needed to be tried. A Pretzel with cheese crisped in the oven and if retained its Chewiness after you crunch through the outer surface. This one goes for about $4.50, but you won't need dipping sauce, so it's a good deal at the ole mall food court.

Love Wetzel's pretzels! I always get them when I'm at the mall! If you download their app you get rewards for a free pretzel. I love the Wetzel's bites either salty or cinnamon. The Wetzel's dog bites are okay, they taste like hot dogs.

Horrible. I couldn't get my app scanned because the clerk didn't know how to do this when I asked him before my purchase. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal; but two other workers decided to help without bothering to know what we were even talking about. I tried explaining again but at this point it was like taking to air... pointless.
