My husband and I drove by Ziggy's Il Posto last night and it was closed with some kind of legal note on the door (landlord claimed premises)??? I see nothing at all on the internet about them being non-existent now. Does anyone out there know what happened?? This is so sad......Loretta in Phx.

I have visited Ziggys many times and each time I have had a wonderful experience. Shannon was the young lady who helped make the most of their dining experience for my dad. I had the best Bartender I've ever met. The dinner was fantastic too, and delivered timely. The Linguini and Clams are very, very good, something you don't want to skip.

I LOVE These wings. They are so savory and crisp and just hot enough. They have such delicious and rich food. They don't hold back on toppings in the pizza and orders are prepared quickly and kept hot for when you pick them up. One time we had some confusion on what the toppings were meant to be our our pizza and without hesitation they had another pizza ready for us in 15 minutes AND let us keep the first one. Truly good food and great service.

This place is THE best Italian you can find in Phoenix. Everything I have tried from here has been absolutely mouth watering deliciousness. You cannot go wrong here!!! My all time favorite is the baked tortellini & the eggplant rollantini appetizer. & I will say the Bolognese is the best bolognese I have ever had. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!!! HIGHLY recommend

This place used to be so delicious; it's really gone downhill. We have ordered carryout twice since the quarantine began and they have messed up both orders. One order was missing an entire pizza so one of our family members had to split their meals to avoid having to drive back to the restaurant which is 20 minutes away. The stuffed mushrooms were so dart, they were inedible. The chicken parm was overcooked and dry.

I've visited Ziggys several times and have had a great experience each time. Shannon was the young lady who helped my family enjoy their dining experience. Shannon is the best and most engaging bartender I've ever met. The dinner was also excellent and arrived in a timely manner. The Linguini and Clams are something you don't want to miss, very, very good.

Great place all around. Really enjoy the food it's as good if not better as the North End Restaurant in Boston, Ma. Service has always been great last night Emma was our waitress and she didn't miss a beat. When the weather is warm you can seat out by the grotto very relaxing and a nice size fire pit. They also have an attached room we're you can go in and enjoy the live music. This is the first place we visit when We come to Phoenix. My favorite is the Eggplant Rollatini and chicken Piccata. Try it you won't by sorry!!!! Joe Lewis & Linda Puopolo

Absolutely incredible Italian cuisine in a very modest little strip mall. The decor is quaint and lovely. The food is excellent, every single time. I tried 2/3rds of the menu already! Very worth a nice evening out with friends and family.
Waiter was great. Stopped by for drinks & dessert. Cheesecake was very good! Nice little place. Patio looks very nice but unfortunately was rainy the day we stopped

Best Italian food I have had in years. The people are friendly, great customer service, little taste of Italy. They will customize your order if you need to, conversate nicely with you, and do everything to make you comfortable, satisfied, and wanting to come back. Overall excellent

This is a great restaurant, the patio is open to the night sky and has a bar. Our bartender was as good as they get, ask for Shannon. She makes it fun to sit around the patio and enjoy dinner with drinks. I highly recommend the Linguini and Clams.

I have very mixed emotions about my recent experience here at Ziggys Il Posto. I love their patio because it is so cute, cozy and reminds me of an old restaurant/cafe in NYC. The food was good -nothing outstanding yet nothing terrible. But I think it was the service that made the experience less than stellar. When I placed our order and told our server I needed my pasta gluten-free, I can tell that my server didn't quite catch it so I chased him down a few minutes later to make sure he got the gluten-free part correct and sure enough I was right. He blurted out a four letter F word and corrected it on his terminal and then went to the chef to inform him of the change. We also asked to have our salad first which it did arrive first, but our pasta dishes came literally two minutes later before we could even take a bite of our salad. Then about five minutes later while we were eating our pasta, our server brought over our check and said "whenever we're ready no rush." Didn't take into account we might want a second glass of wine or possibly dessert so we clearly decided right then we were not going to order another thing. When it came time to pay, our server had gotten an 8 top table on the patio that decided to move indoors so he was more engaged with that large group. We asked the bartender to take our payment but she went and got our server instead, who took our card and came back to our table with the receipts to sign. Rather than leaving it for us to ponder over for a moment, he literally stood right over us and waited for us to sign it and give it back to him which is very intimidating and makes customers feel very uncomfortable. Wouldn't you agree? At that point I left a $5 tip which was probably about 1/3 of what I would have normally left, but the guy was strange and really put my hubby and I off. We were going to complain to the manager, but decided we just wanted to leave and not cause a commotion. But I will give kudos and compliments to the band playing on the patio who made the experience so much more enjoyable.

This is the worst service in Phoenix. First they didn't seat us just waved us wherever. It took 30 min plus to take our dinner order then we waited another 30 min for our soup and salad. About 20 min after that we finally got our food which we picked at for 10 min then had them box up so we could eat at home. When I asked for my bowl of soup to be packaged it came back as a cup instead of the bowl I was originally served. No apology or discount to our meal was offered. Don't bother with this place. Not worth it with such poor service.
