The meat quality that you get from here is amazing. The happy boxes that are available are worth the price. Better than that the quality of food that you get is amazing. They also offer a fruit and veggie box which is absolutely packed with fruits and vegetables. The story itself offers cooked meals and raw meats that tastes better than the store-bought. You get to support a family-owned business. The owner of this place is absolutely wonderful. They were lacking some of the items for the last fruit and veggie box. So they decided to add extra items to make sure that they were still getting good amount of quality fruits and vegetables.

We had a Christmas party on Saturday December 16th. The caterer we had planned on using didn't show up so we called Maya's Mercado to see if they could help with very limited time. The owner said absolutely no problem and had our catering order for 40 people done in just an hour! Maya's Mercado saved the entire night and I will never use anyone but them from now on for catering. The food was excellent and the service was above and beyond. Thank you!

I was looking forward to getting a happy box. Their tacosAre good. I got a mini box which was a lot of rotted fruit and expired groceries. We got several loaof day old bread. I will never come back. There was some frozen beef and drumsticks. I will have check them to make sure they are ok. My wife had to throw out most of the fruit and vegetables. Everything is expired that they gave us. Is it legal to sell us expired groceries? I asked what was in the box and was told I don't know. You will have to check face book. If I knew it was expired groceries and rotted fruits and vegetables I would have passed.

Went in to get some prepared masa for tamales. Didn't see any in the cold case. Asked if they had any, she went into the back and made some fresh. It was delicious. Nice red color and fresh stock. Defiantly will be getting it from their for now on.

Mayas Mercado has the best prices in Prescott Valley. From their Mega Boxes filled with meats and other goodies. To their made on site authentic Mexican food, Mayas is the best around. The Carne Asada and Birria tacos are some of the best I've had. The wet carnitas burritos are the best, and their salsas beat any others in my book.
