This location is now called Franks Mexican restaurant. This is family owned so I hate to leave this review. WORST MEXICAN FOOD EVER! Taco Bell blows this place away. Besides the food being absolutely horrible with ZERO TASTE, the only time we saw the waitress was to order and get the bill. Even the salsa was horrible like you would buy at walmart. Sorry guys, you really need to pick up your game! The location is big, they could really make it into a great place if someone showed them what to do.

Been here twice now, and both times the food was good. This place is the poster-child for "hole in the wall"; very small, not much to look at from the outside. Dirt parking lot. They have very limited seating inside, and a few tables outside. We did take out both visits, and it looks like most of their business is to-go orders. First time we had carne asada burritos. Real homemade tortillas, generously filled with meat, the carne was nicely seasoned, and the salsa was very good (actually spicy! And definitely homemade). Second visit we got the charcoal chicken special (only available on Thursdays and Saturdays, I think). For around $22, we got a whole chicken pieces that were char-grilled, tortillas, a good sized container of rice and beans, chips, and more of that good salsa. Will definitely be hitting Mayas for take out on a regular basis.

If you are a fan of Nopales burritos, they have a really good breakfast one. I wish they would serve them all day and add more of a variety of authentic salsas.

My Mexican stepmother married my Dad when I was 6. I am 70 now. I enjoyed really good authentic Mexican food growing up, and often after I left home. I also spent a lot of time in central Mexico, so I know excellent Mexican food. The food at Mayas is as good as it gets.
Have you ever wondered where the day went?? And when it's time to make dinner, you're too dang exhausted to come up with anything. Oh my! Try the Charcoal grilled chicken special! Only on Thursdays and Saturdays. Delicious food to feed the whole family! With food to spare! This is our favorite chicken in the area by far! Moist and full of flavor! The salsa is fresh, a bit of a kick, and can pretty much eat it on anything. We've also had a few other entrees and all have been great. A must try!

Hands down the best in the neighborhood. (AAA)Affordable, Authentic and Absolutely deliciousNO FANCY ANYTHING, just good, filling food. The girls behind the counter are always friendly and courteous. Small building with a few tables and and outside patio. Best to order for pick up. Not sure if doordash or Uber eats is available with them.Highly recommend the Carne Asada plate,Caritas 3-way burrito and on Friday and Saturday between 5-7 they run a street taco special ( Al Pastor ) for 99 cents a taco. They are amazing! And perfect after a long week and no one wants to cook or clean!Only downside, closed on Sunday and they tend to close early.....the rest of the week is 700pm. So get there ahead of the rest and grub down on the best!!!Parking: Entrance is a little rough, could use a grade and some gravel for sure. But there is plenty of parking
