I've always liked your product but lately I've had cold pizza delivered by Door Dash. Sometimes it's left on my porch so it's exposed and cold. Such as tonight it's not even remotely warm !!Beginning to think about getting our pizza elsewhere !

Positive first:Delivery was on time and perfect.But Then... I opened the pizza box.Yes I asked for well done... it was charred... yes burned around the crust and cheese was black and burned.The pepperoni had to be searched for. The mushrooms were ok but where was the pepperoni ? Two pieces on each slice of pizza? Really? This was supposed to be to be NY style. Not, oops we ran out of pepperoni . So I ate around the burnt parts. And then went for the chocolate chip cookie which was crunchy STALE.So with taxes, delivery fee, tip my total was around $35. Burnt pizza and stale cookie ... worst Papa John's experience ever.No survey sent, no number to call to speak to the manager. Very disappointing.!

I order from here pretty regularly. The consistency is definitely not what it used to be. I've gotten more than a few pizzas that were barely warm, super greasy, or not cut at all. Given where I live, it's the only place that delivers so I'm not going to stop ordering, but it would be nice for a little more quality control.

Go in to order a pizza. Girl at counter was more interested in talking with her friend than helping me. Kids don’t know customer service these days.

It appears they are understaffed. The crew working seemed polite. It took approximately 40 min when I was given a 15 min estimated time. I arrived about 20 min after my order and asked if it was ready. The worker stated he just got to working on it and needed about 10 min and it would be ready. I came back after 12 minutes and another worker stated it hasn't been put in the oven yet. I looked and saw my pizza in the same spot that the other worker left it in. She stated it need approximately 9 minutes. So I said I would be back again. I placed my order online. Maybe they were just having a rough time or it wasn't their day but this has happened before which is why I'm giving a review.
