Ordered 3 sandwiches and 2 out of 3 were wrong. The 3rd was a blt wrap with 2 pieces of bacon. Really? Double bacon huh. ??When someone specifically marks no sauce or oil don’t drench the sandwich in oil. It is inedible garbage.

My sandwich was horrible it was soggy and the ingredients looked like they were just thrown on very little meat, when I unwrapped it was following out and falling apart.

It’s subway, you’ll get exactly what you should expect, which is a broadly underwhelming assortment of questionable meats and mid-grade ingredients slapped together by an underpaid employee who’s likely a lot more worried about how they’re going to pay their rent than the quality of your sandwich. The hourly pay rate for employees is likely disproportionately low compared to the $14 footlong expense incurred by the customer. In three years I’ve rarely seen the same employee twice. Get it together, corporate. But who am I, just a guy who occasionally enjoys a scrappy sandwich in a pinch- your customer base. I highly recommend.

I ordered online on Subway website and they used Door dash to deliver. The driver delivered our order plus someone else's order. I called Subway to let them know and the Subway employee was very very rude. I didn't want anything from them but to let them know, and I understand that they would be frustrated but there's no reason to be rude to me.
Went there this evening for some subs. The 2 guys working there were great, very friendly hardworking men. Thanks for the great service. .

Friendly staff, fast service, decent food. Not really anything bad to say about it, I just gave it four stars because it's Subway.Vegetarian options: No vegetarian specific options but I guess you could order a sandwich without meat.

Chris’s bread was on another level, I felt my soul transcend from my body as soon as my taste buds had the pleasure of making contact with Chris’s wonderful bread.
Best to order in person here, mobile orders are a roll of the dice for accuracy. I've had enough incorrect orders at this location that I'd rather go elsewhere for better consistency.If there is an issue, management is willing to remake orders. Although, it is frustrating to need to check an order before leaving or come back another time to resolve the mistake.

Over weekend I was told that I could not get something with coupon that was not stated on coupon. I called Corporate and was told the guys who were working were WRONG.Employees need to read the coupons and get educated.The girls thru the week know what their doing and are very nice.

Sad to say..All I wanted was a salad with ham,onion,tomatoes and basalmic...Denied with excuse that they dont provide this anymore..They tried to sell me a protein bowl instead...I know there is a manager for prescott valley AZ to resolve these problems...I hope they will be reading this...thank you....
