Have been here multiple times. Last night the chicken parm was very soggy. Even the uncoated edges were soggy. Notified the waitress and she brought another soggy chicken parm (she tried). I asked if they had changed the chicken or the breading, they hadn't. Paid for the entire meal for four people and waited for 20 minutes to get my card back. Employee had dropped my card off to the wrong table. Not sure what's changed recently, but I won't be back.

We ordered Chicken Parmesan from the Sunset Menu. The breading was soggy. Everything else was excellent. The minestrone soup, pasta, sauce, and service were exceptional. Perhaps we ordered the wrong dish.

We had a reservation and were quickly seated. Calamari was pretty good. Bread was excellent. Soup was very good. My wife enjoyed her salad. She also had linguini with clams, very good. My sons Alfredo was very good. The big miss was the chicken parm. I don't know if I got a bad one or what. The breading was mushy. I love chicken parm and this one was not to good. But otherwise everything was very good. Large portions. We are from Vegas so I thought the prices were very cheap. Our server Darby was excellent. Very quick service. On top of everything. She brought out more soda before previous one was empty.

We had a wonderful experience last night at Papa's Italian Restaurant. Aaron was our server and he did an amazing job taking care of us. He made great menu recommendations and make sure everything was perfect. Absolutely make a visit and have dinner there......and ask to sit in Aaron's station. You will not be disappointed.

This restaurant is family owned. They provide high quality food and excellent services. This place is very busy, requiring reservations to dine in. Some people try to walk in and dine. There is 25% chance in dining in. It's safer to make reservaton, at least 1 or 2 days ahead. I love their spaghetti and pizzas. My son likes the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. The chicken is freshly made and not frozen pre-made.

Awww Papa! Have you abandoned us??This was our second time Visiting this restaurant, and we were so excited for a fantastic meal. Someone mentioned that it is under new ownership, and I figured that’s done an issue. Boy was I wrong . I was there for 15 minutes before I was greeted. 30 minutes before we received our drinks. We were there for over an hour before we received our entrées. They were clearly overcooked or under the warmer too long. The cheese on top of my special was like plastic. Inedible. You might think that I was deep into the restaurant where it was easily forgotten about, but I was not. We were on the very corner table, high traffic area, and our waitress passed us many times, without even looking in our direction. She was very impersonal. No friendly interaction, just all business. We had to ask for a drink menu, napkins, Parmesan cheese, our food, and our bill. We could watch as our waitress kept going in the back room, empty-handed, and returning empty-handed. What was she doing back there? Meanwhile, the tables around us were seated eight and left and the time it took us to get our food. Two hours wasted, nearly $100 spent, terrible food that tasted like it was forgotten about under a heat lamp. Unfortunately, we won’t go back.

This is such a beautiful restaurant. Family owned and operated. Our server was so kind and would answer any questions we had. I had the spicy sausage ravioli and Cesar salad. Best ever! Complimentary bread is outstanding. I was most impressed that even though the place was packed with guests it was not too loud. Our table had a normal conversation and could hear everyone.Bathroom is clean.

Had an anniversary dinner here and it was great. The service was amazing with our server being engaged with us, the food was great, the cannoli's are the best we've ever had. Make a reservation, let them know it's an occasion; we'll come back next time we visit Prescott.

We're new to Prescott and everyone raves about Papas. I give the happy hour 5 stars- great value and the pours are very generous. However, our dinner entrees were both rather bland. The pasta with mussels in a spicy broth was good but the pasta aglio oglio with broccoli lacked flavor and the pasta was broken, not strands. We'll go back for happy hour but it's unlikely that we will stay for dinner.

Great restaurant! Our server Dove was terrific. Very charming and warm interior. My wife had the portobello mushroom ravioli with red bell pepper sauce….. excellent. I had the shrimp scampi which was the best I’ve ever had. The prices for food and wine were very reasonable and the portions were generous. My wife is a food writer and she gave this restaurant the highest marks.

We were able to be seated immediately by a very friendly person. The warm bread and butter were delicious as well as the ceasar salad. The fettuccine with prosciutto was very flavorful, but the noodles were hard at times. The gin gimlet was so strong that I had to ask for more lime but was still too strong after that. Okay service and food, but nothing great that would make me want to return. Delightful cannoli!
if I could give this a 6 star rating I would. The food was delicious and authentic Italian. The portions are very generous and we all had leftovers for another meal. Our server was Aaron and he made us feel like we were his only table even though the restaurant was very busy. He was very attentive and friendly which made it a perfect night out.
