Cindy's Italian Icees is the Finitos of Rio Rico. If you've been to Finito's in Nogales, you know what I am talking about. Cindy's is serving up delicious shaved ice but it's not the traditional shaved ice you'd have from a snow cone. The Italian Icees are so smooth and there are no chunks of ice in these. My family needed a cool, refreshing treat and the icees were perfect! There's nothing like them in Rio Rico. My kids enjoyed strawberry, blueberry, and cherry flavors. My wife and I opted for tamarindo, lemon, and mango flavors. The service was excellent - friendly and helpful. I'll be frequenting the place more often!

Delicious creamy smooth Italian style ices... handmade with bits of real fruit... not overly sweet... many unique flavors... decent selection of add-ons and toppings... friendly service... huge portions... inexpensive... a lifesaver on a hot day... what's not to love about this family run operation?
